Good price, good view.

Pillows were terrible. Atmosphere in the hotel very flat, quite odd.

Standard room but it was meant to be executive

The bed was comfy and the location was great.

I was led to believe the hotel had free parking but it is £8.50 for a day. Their car park was also full and I wasn't informed about this until I showed up. I had to pay to park elsewhere which wasn't ideal in the rain. I chose this hotel because it was good value for money but taking in the parking costs, it wasn't. The shower gel bottle was also empty which was disappointing.

Great views from the Exceutive room..

The room was basic as the hotel had previously been a Travel lodge.. the view was over the River Tyne with huge windows so was excellent! nice big TV and a comfy bed.. we were out most of the day and night so just crashed here after the show on the quayside.. so all in all it was suitable for what we needed it for.

the bathroom, although was adequant and clean, was very small and there was a big gap under the door I feel was a bit excessive!

A fair stay for what I paid.

Good location. A nice walk into the centre of the city. The room was pleasant. Comfy bed.

Room wasn’t very clean. Didn’t get much in the way of natural light. Hairs from previous stay seen in the bathroom. Dusty. Very noisy as we were disrupted at all hours by cleaning staff outside the room.

Great long Weekender in Newcastle Gateshead.

Great location for accessing Newcastle quayside and the city centre. The bath and shower in the room was great.

Great location and wonderful stay!

Love the quayside location and lovely walk to get to the city and not too far for us. Great views of the river! Comfy beds. Staff were polite and kind and worked quickly to check us in and out and look after our bags

The property is right on the quayside! Can’t go wrong really. The reception are kind, everywhere is very clean

We didn’t like the carpark situation, there is only about maybe 15 spaces ? There is a carpark next door which was £1.50 an hour. So this hotel seemed like a great deal until we added on the £30 carpark & then the Ubers into town. It was probably the same price as staying in the centre.

Nice hotel, nice rooms, too warm if the window is closed even when the air con is off. Great location of the hotel. Great view of the riverside and bridges. Near all shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the city centre .

You can hear people in the next room. Especially if they are loud you can hear everything.

Comfortable room, dodgy area, dodgy looking clients.

Comfy beds, plenty of hot water.

Location, a little dodgy. Smell of drugs, parties, (although the rooms must be sound proofed, didn’t hear anything), and the mele of rowdy people. You were checked at the door on evening returns. Would feel a little unsafe if I was on my own.

Location was good for what we wanted, facilities clean and comfy room.

Parking options. Had to park away from hotel. Breakfast staff were surly and rude, didn’t look at you when addressing you or explain how the service worked being a first timer. Felt like we were a hindrance if dared to ask a question
