It was clean and the beds were very comfortable.
Staff friendly. Nice location.
We would have appreciated some more coffee pods as the staff weren’t on site for part of our stay so our rooms weren’t restocked.
Light coming in through the sides of the curtains was a problem early in the morning. Perhaps added blinds would help with this.
No breakfast available as no staff on site.

Warm welcome, good food, comfortable room, nice shower. Close proximity to Durham.
The room was quite cold, one radiator was on full but didn’t seem sufficient. The bedding was lovely and warm though. A pet peeve of mine is a tiny sink with a shelf positioned above it so you can’t wash your face without spilling water on the floor or hitting your head on the shelf!

Third time we have stayed here to visit our daughter at the university and it’s perfect - great location, easy parking, lovely staff and really clean and comfortable rooms. Booked again for next month!

There was no breakfast, I had to go down to the Avenue where my friends were staying to get a breakfast.
