Friendly. Excellent stopover. Make sure you check you understand the location (the written address is fine but Expedia's own map seems to show the location as being close to the centre of Durham, which it is not).

Staff were excellent. Room was great good bed, great duvet and shower has good pressure and hot water. Heating great.
