It was clean, the beds were comfortable. There was tea and nice coffee. There was some lovely spring water. The staff were so happy, friendly and kind. The staff even brought up a lovely surprise for my husbands birthday.
There was no bath mat in the shower.

Very comfortable bed and room, quiet and clean; unexpected bonus was having a view of the cathedral. Very good breakfast and evening dining available. Excellent location and parking available.

Staff were lovely a welcoming and we had been upgraded to what she said was a riverside room so excited with that until we were in the riverside area but not a view of river the room was very spacious thoug. excellent location main reason we stayed there
Pillows awful uncomfortable night
Breakfast disappointing I don't eat bacon or sausage maybe a veggie sausage could be added
bit dried up under heat lamps
