The location was amazing for the beamish museum, the rooms were perfect and the food was outstanding . The staff were so lovely and the breakfast was fabulous .

Plenty of food choice and the location was good.
The food could have been hotter. ( evening meals and breakfast). We waited 15 minutes at the breakfast table before a member of staff came and made contact we us and by this time there were lots of others waiting which then had a knock on affect when waiting for our food.

Friendly staff. Chalets were comfortable and warm
Our chalet had a damp/drain/sewage smell unfortunately. We didnt report it as we were there for only one night. However our friends stayed in the chalet next door and they were fine
