A pleasant two-night stay

We stayed at a cozy small room with balcony in a nice and quiet part of Rovinj. The room was clean and everything was according to expectations. Transportation to the city center was easy and convenient with a tourist train. Communication with the hosts was good.

There were no towel holders in the bathroom.

Lovely

The decoration/style was very cute and pretty, clean, nice view, balcony perfect for sun but also a a sunshield if we wanted shade, lot of pillows, nice bed, good facilities such as toaster and fridge etc, very close to supermarket and beach

slightly cramped (only walking space not really to put suitcase) would’ve liked a ramp to roll up suitcases instead of 5 pairs of stairs and a blind in front of the window, and a shower screen that can close since the floor would get wet. also internet connection kept falling out but not a big deal.

Nice place near the beach

The location is great once you are there. It is close to the beaches and it has access to restaurants and supermarket. The city center is 4km away (about 40 minutes by walk). The room has everything one needs and it seems fitted for longer stays. I think I would love to return for a longer stay of a week or more.

The room had no air conditioning, I thought a fee for it had been paid. The place is far removed and it is difficult to get there from the city center if you don't have a car or a bike, or do not want to walk. I was robbed by two taxi drivers who charged a lot more than they were supposed to. Other than that the place is great if you are going to stay for more than three nights. I would also advice the owners to have a non smoking policy in place, the smell from other rooms went inside my room.

Overall we had a great stay.

Very friendly hosts, easy communication with them and calmness throughout our whole stay. Nice balcony to have breakfast. Shop within 5 minutes walking distance. Close to the beach. Car parking place directly by the house. 30 minutes walk to the old town.

No cleaning during our 10 days. Room & bathroom is a bit small. A bit noisy neighbours on the other side of the street.

Tutto sommato siamo stati bene, per pochi giorni si fa. Ci tornerei? No.

Buona la posizione, si è immersi nel verde. Ottimo il fatto di avere l’aria condizionata.

La struttura offre solo 3 parcheggi, nettamente inferiori al numero di camere totale, per cui se i parcheggi sono occupati devi cercarti parcheggio nelle vie limitrofe. Il bagno della nostra stanza era piccolo e privo di ventola (cieco). Inoltre, in stanza vengono forniti gli asciugamani ma non shampoo e bagnoschiuma.

Bona estada.

Queda a prop el supermercat i la parada per agafar el tren turístic per anar al centre. Tenia tots els estris de cuina (plats, gots, forquilles....)... La zona és tranquil·la i et permet aparcar a la vora de l'hotel. Té aire acondicionar, ideal per l'estiu!

La nevera feia soroll i a l'hora de dormir era incòmode.

Non bellissimo ma funzionale

Posizione abbastanza centrale e vicina alle spiagge fuori dalla città vecchia. Wi-fi funzionante e letto comodo. Molto utile il terrazzino per far girare un po’ l’aria.

Stanza veramente piccola per due persone, ci muovevamo abbastanza a fatica. Bagno anche minuscolo, con la doccia che non aveva l’anta per la chiusura, quindi ogni volta si allagava tutto.
