Excellent communication for check in instructions , parking , suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Quiet location in old town close to square , restaurants, boats, swimming spots and best sunset views. Lots of stairs and cobblestones to navigate - can arrange golf cart transport out of old town for luggage etc

This cute studio apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable. I only stayed 3 nights so didn't use the kitchen, but it was well equipped. The bed was quite comfortable, and air conditioner worked well and was quiet. The street is quiet at night. I liked the extra touches that showed thoughtfulness of the owners, such as providing toiletries and an extra sheet in case the comforter was too warm. The owner is often on the premises and the place is very well run. There is a nice lobby downstairs, and a bench in front of the building. A nice coffee shop where one can have breakfast is a few steps away. The location is very close to the rocky beach. and lots of restaurants along the coast. If you have heavy luggage or have difficulties climbing a hill, the owner can arrange transportation for extra e15 (something like a golf cart). Cars are not allowed in this part of town.

It was unique in that it was actually located in Old Town. Since there was no parking in Old Town I had to park a 10 minutes walk away, which I knew and expected, but the directions to the apartment were unclear and it took me a very long time to find it.

Even though reception and check-in style was simple, location and quality of the room was excellent. Actually we had trouble for the room key (accidentally I left the keys in the room), but the owner kindly helped us soon.

A clean and well-kept complex. We had the top studio apartment and it more than met our needs for a five-night stay. Beautiful view from the unit and timely communication from the owner. Be prepared to climb stairs inside and outside but that's the old town area and the staircase inside this complex is modern. Lots of restaurants and shops around and the complex looks over one of the most popular beach areas.

Located in the city centre, this made for easy access to the unique features of this old city. Parking was available just outside the city centre walls which required a 10 minute walk to/from the apt. It was not difficult but may not suit others. Apt was cosy, clean and of good value. Enjoyed the stay.

We stayed at Hey Rovinj for two nights in September. The accommodation is nice but be warned because it is in the Old Town area cars are not allowed and there are a lot of stairs and cobbled streets! Our room was on the top floor with a view out over the sea (luckily we don't mind stairs!). The room was quiet and had everything we needed for our stay. My only problem was the pillows on the bed, they were really really hard. Hey Rovinj offer you parking at a great rate which is about a 15-20 minute walk away from the apartment. The communication was great throughout. Be careful when you book though, we knew about needing to pay the city tax but were also asked to pay a cleaning fee which was never mentioned. We can highly recommend the restaurant Graciano. A slightly odd location in a car park but the food is amazing. It was the best meal we had during our whole trip in Croatia.

Great stay in a convenient location within the old town! The owner was very helpful and responsive to issues on site (internet wasn't working when we arrived, he was able to drop by the same day to help sort it out). He also help set us up with transportation to parking and with very helpful directions for parking and check in!

The communication from the Hey Rovinj staff was excellent. We were given clear instructions on where to find the off-site parking. The walk from that lot is a bit of a trek over rough stone walkways so don’t bring a big suitcase. As well, we were up on the top floor under the roof, so there wasn’t a lot of headspace on the edges of the room. The room was very clean and had a lovely view over the water. It was well appointed and very comfortable. We were given recommendations for restaurants, gelato places and more. It was a great place to stay because once we got there from the car, it was in a good location to access the sights.

We had an apartment with sea view on the to floor of the building. Comfortable bed, big bathroom, good shower, and we could open the window to get sea air. Good and helpful host of you use WhatsApp to communicate. He met us at a roundabout to lead us right to the apartment and that is very important in this town of tiny winding passages.

I had an amazing time! Great location and very friendly host's. I would definitely recommend everyone who is about to visit Rovinj to book their room here. Only thing that I can give feedback on was that it was a bit noisy. Felt like the walls was paper thin. So if you’re a light sleeper I would recommend earplugs.

One thing I must say is that I absolutely love the unit! The layout, the style, it's beautiful. One thing is that I was 2 flights up and with a heavy suitcase wasn't too pleasant (but that's my fault) but if it's an issue ask which floor as there is even another flight up. Location good and Melita was wonderful at the front desk. It was a bit difficult to get to as Google Maps kept misleading, street signs not that great in the evening (I was given directions but we came from different area unfortunately), and lots of steps/hills, and pavement has very old stressful stones with lots of cracks to roll the luggage on (and I saw these what looked like a very large motorized golf-carts that took people to their hotel or wherever so ask for one of those if needed). City is absolutely gorgeous though and loved my stay!

We learned about this hotel through Rick Steves travel book. The room was modern, clean, and located conveniently in the heart of the old town Rovinj. We took advantage of the swimming locations nearby as well as the restaurants and bodega within steps of our front door. Luka was incredibly accommodating. He gave us a personalized map with all of his recommendations. Be sure to email the property (Luka) prior to your arrival for parking locations and logistics.

Located in the midst of the old town, this apartment is close to quaint bars and restaurants. The gentleman managing the place was very attentive and helped us bring the luggage from the car, up to the last floor where our room was located. The advantage of being on the top floor was the beautiful view of the Adriatic. However, it's best if you travel light for this location.

My boyfriend and I had a great stay here. Luka was very helpful and always around if we ever needed anything. He was always there right away if we had any questions or concerns. The room was clean and right in the heart of Old Town. This location is great with just steps to the city beach and also many great cafes nearby. I would recommend staying here. We liked going to the city beach more than the national park beach on the other side of Rovinj because walking around Old Town was more enjoyable. I would stay here again if I come back to Rovinj. The room had everything we needed from a fridge to shampoo and hair dryer.

Luka is very nice. Actually, I think that the actual environment of the hotel is better than the photo on the web (sorry, Luka, :D). I have lived 5 different hotels in my trip, this one is the best. And I have kept Luka's detailed hand written map back to my home town (14 hours of flight), His map is the only one I kept amount all hotels. Luka, keep your great work. This hotel is highly recommended.
