Super breakfast - nice view from the restaurant and great location for us.
Bathroom was a bit cold.

The staff were all very helpful and charming, and the food in the restaurant was excellent - though portions were very large!
It was great to be able to walk into Germany over the Moselle bridge for lunch.
I would have liked a greater choice of fruit at breakfast.
It would be nice if the terrace could be subdivided perhaps with a low fence, so that it would not be possible for someone from another room to walk into your room when the French window is open.

This hotel is fine. It's basic enough, could do with a refresh to haul itself out of the 1970s, but it's clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, so no complaints there.
The issue is the lack of AC on a very warm evening, so the room was stifling. Opening the double-glazed window offered some relief, but then we had to put up with a lot of noise in the alley below, plus the stink of smoke as that - presumably - is where staff go to have a cigarette. So we didn't get much sleep. Not the end of the world, but getting a good night's sleep is rather the point of staying at a hotel. Wouldn't be an issue on a cooler night.
