Sehr Nettes Personal! Bei der Buchung ist etwas schief gegangen wurde aber ohne Diskussion trotzdem akzeptiert.
Tolles Zimmer mit einem super Bett!
Frühstück würde ich eine 10 von 5 möglichen Punkten geben!😅
Im Badezimmer war die Handtuch-Heizung gerostet.🫣

Great breakfast. Really. About half of the staff was really helpful (in particular Frau Krämer). The service quality of the other half... is best covered with the veil of silence.
Too many things for what claims to be a 4-star hotel. Just to list a few:
* A smoking spot with an ash-tray. Just in front of our bedroom window, which we had to keep open because of the tropical temperatures
* A young manager repeatedly scolded a staff member in front of us, the paying customer.
* With a restaurant reservation at 6:15 PM, we had to wait quite some time before being seated. The explanation given several times was: "Die Kollegin kommt gleich."
* A man was walking with his huge dog directly through the breakfast room. This might be normal in Erasmus-Hotel Trassem, but not in my book. Sorry.
* Perhaps some more things which I don't (want to) remember.
My personal summary: Erasmus Hotel? Never again. Lesson learned.

The food service and massage were excellent. I’d like to recommend their house gin brand and the friendly service and delicious breakfast.
We had a lot of noise from the street, very different place since the roadworks ended. Would not recommend for a longer stay.
