Excellent hospitality, amazing food.

Excellent hospitality, super clean room, amazing dinner and wines in the restaurant. Mr & Mrs Diekert are wonderful hosts. Very nice quiet village and accommodation.

A modern boutique hotel with a focus on local wine.

The breakfast was a buffet with a wide section of cereals, yogurt, fruit, bread, cheese, ham and drinks. The hotel sits in the quiet village of Ayl with a view of the Ayler Kupp above.

We were unlucky as the hotel had a private event on in the evening so we were unable to have dinner. The hotel was however able to provide us with a light snack of bread and cheese along with some local wine which we enjoyed sitting outside in the garden.

Bed bugs

It’s actually a pretty and cute place. Staff were nice, food was ok..until we got bed bugs bites.

We were 4 people and second day we ALL got itchy bites( top floor, Fass 8&9). I went to 2 pharmacies they confirmed its bed bug bites. I informed the hotel regarding this issue, but they believe it has nothing to do with them. I ended up contacting the local health authorities because I believe this is a serious hygiene issue. What a shame for such a beautiful hotel, I wouldn’t recommend staying here until proper pest control has been conducted.

Great location for wine lovers and bikers even with children

Quiet location. Comfy beds. Great restaurant just on the ground floor which made it possible for us to have a log lovely evening while our little child was sleeping upstairs. Excellent wine with a winery just next door.

This was an unexpected treat and we loved everything about the hotel.

We had a magical stay with the most amazing New Year Dinner. The restaurant food is very very good. The breakfast buffet was a wonderful sight, delicious with everything you could possibly want! The hotel decor is visually interesting and uplifting. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The village of Ayl is a pretty rural setting and well worth a visit.

Nice place and food

New room is cozy and clean. They provide varied breakfast and nice wine. The staff is friendly and did their best to service everyone.

Soundproofing, it is easy to hear the cry of the child next door. It's under construction, so the outside of the window is a scaffolding which ruins the view.

Goed hotel, bezoek is voor herhaling vatbaar.

Uitstekend ontbijt. Locatie is rustig gelegen. Voor (Duitse) wijnliefhebbers een toplocatie! Het hotel is vrijwel volledig hierop afgestemd. Eigen pakeerruimte. Vorig jaar dit hotel ook bezocht, dus voor herhaling vaatbaar.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt im Winzerort Ayl

Das Hotel war sehr liebevoll mit Anklängen an das Winzer-Handwerk eingerichtet. Das hauseigene Restaurant bietet eine gehobene Küche, das Frühstück war sehr lecker, die Bedienung sehr nett. Parkplätze direkt am Haus.

We hebben genoten, maar de keuze qua lekker betaalbaar eten in en buiten het hotel viel wat tegen.

Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt, goede bediening, fijne, comfortabele ruime kamer, lekkere douche. Lekker eten en goede wijnen. Mooie, pitoreske omgeving, waarbij je vanuit het hotel langs de wijngaarden kon wandelen naar het mooie stadje Saarburg.

Dat er qua vlees of vis gerecht geen optie was onder de 45 euro. En het matras lag niet heel lekker. Ook was het jammer dat je in de regio alleen voor 40 euro per dag een elektrische fiets kon huren. Ook geen optie voor een gewone fiets, wat langs het water wel goed te doen was geweest.

Schönes Weinhotel in guter Lage.

Es war ein rundweg angenehmer Aufenthalt im Hotel Ayler Kupp: Freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück, nett eingerichtetes Zimmer (das ganze Haus steht unter dem Motto "Weinkultur"), im Haus ein Gourmet-Restaurant in dem man vorzüglich speisen kann. Das Haus liegt mitten im Ort aber in sehr ruhiger Lage mit schönem Garten. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wander- und Radtouren und zur Besichtigung von so allerlei Sehenswürdigkeiten im näheren und weiteren Umland.

Fijn en mooi hotel

De rust/stilte en de ruime opzet van de kamer.

De douchecabine sloot niet goed waardoor er een waterballet ontstond op de vloer. Water werd ook niet echt warm ondanks thermostaatkraan. Ook waren de shampoo en bodywash niet aangevuld.
