too litle too late

When I arrived on Friday 14 November I was wellcomed buy a young lady, new in ther eception . I am comming to this hotel for over 17 years; I unserstoof from her that I cant have the room 207 which I had it on Monday 10 Nov. 2025, due to the water boiling facility , so I could have a cup of tea, for my poor health. I was told that room is not available; I insisted on a room with teafacilities. I thought she gave the room with those. When I went upstairs I ve noticed those were not there. I called the reception , went downstairs and she was rather rude. her college, after insisting, gave the room 207, which miracously become available. I felt like crying staying there in the reception and waiting for her to change my room, after 12 hours since I started my journey in England, taking the train , Le Shulte, driving from Calais. I felt terible. I might be lookinfg for a diferent hotel.

There were mould on the bathroom ceiling, and walls. It is really concerning when travelling with a baby.

Arrived at the hotel to be told that it was full and that they didn’t have the room that we booked available but receptionist was helpful and found us another hotel which was very bad and not like the one we booked.

Nice little hotel close to the motorway, with onsite parking and restaurant.

Convenient location with onsite parking spots. There is a restaurant inside the hotel, which is very convenient. The staff was very nice and very friendly. I´ll definitely stop there again in the future.

Value for the money. Clean. Very pet friendly staff with a good area with grass beside the hotel.

All went well. We felt that we together with our little dog were welcomed by the friendly staff, that is very nice. All clean and room were spacious.

A bus party stopped in the morning when we would leave and blocked the breakfast.

Excellent quality hotel.

Very easy access from motorways. Room was huge and bathroom had an excellent walk-in shower. Air conditioning was effective and quiet. Soundproofing was fantastic- not a sound from outside room intruded. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Parking excellent. Restaurant specialized in beef, all of which looked good. Prices were fair and moderate. Bar had good range of drinks and prices were reasonable. Facilities were well suited to customer needs, e.g. Check in from noon to midnight. Long opening hours for restaurant and bar. This chain hotel by Ibis puts many other chain hotels to shame - it deserves at least four stars. Cannot find fault with this hotel.

Nice and Vaux gotten togotten to stay at while traveling

You get exactly what you expect, good value for money. the rooms are basic and a bit dated, but they are comfortable, spacious and all for a fair price. The hotel staff was very friendly, check in and check out times are good. Breakfast was basic but good, dinner was also fine for the price. nice thing about the restaurant is that you can even enjoy a drink at the bar, which is a nice plus for a hotel listed asking the highway. It’s a good place to spend a night when traveling. if you have a few hours to doet is differently worthwhile to go into the Metz city center. We traveled there with our dog and he was welcome everywhere, also during breakfast and dinner.

The service at the restaurant was a bit slow, but I think it was mostly because they were understaffed at the moment.

The room was a very good size and the beds were extremely comfortable.
