Good for a short stay without luggage.

Staff at the hotel. Even though they appeared stressed and overworked they did their best. One guy even helped me carry the luggage. Warm rooms and neat bathrooms

The hotel appeared to be severely understaffed, and overall service quality reflected this. The lift system seems like an afterthought, with a poor and impractical design. Notably, the lift landings are positioned between floors, requiring guests to climb stairs regardless of the floor selected. This was particularly inconvenient when carrying luggage. Level 1 was especially problematic: guests had to descend 3–4 steps and then climb approximately 10 steps to reach the floor, which is physically demanding for people with luggage. Breakfast was good for a short stay, but the unchanging menu became monotonous by the third day. Requests for room changes or allocating family members on the same floor were not accommodated, which further affected the overall experience.

Not the best by any means!

The underground parking garage was good as the car was safely tucked away. Our room was adequate with 2 single beds pushed together. Plenty of cupboard space. The shower room was OK. We had a huge window that we opened during our stay to cool the room down. We were situated at the back of the building and there was hardly any noise from the surrounding area. Unfortunately, we could hear the people in the next room to us. There was a coffee machine and if you drink nothing but coffee - great. However, a kettle would have been better so that you could have a choice of tea/coffee or even hot water. The lighting in the bathroom was very good. The breakfast room seating area was nicely set out. The train service from Esch-sur-Alzette to Luxembourg Central station was very good. It takes just under half an hour and we paid €6 each for a day return ticket.

The lift wasn't working. The carpets in the hallway were pretty awful and stained badly. The whole place was far too hot. The beds weren't very comfortable. The TV wasn't working as there was no aerial. The lighting was poor and one of the bedside/wall lights was damaged. The shower unit was a good size but the doors didn't close properly. The push button on the toilet was broken. There could have been more than 2 towels as nothing was provided for drying hands or hair. Unfortunately, we could hear conversations between the guests in the next room to us. The breakfast was pretty ropey. Not a great selection at all and the hot food was dreadful. Lukewarm on the first morning and cold on the second. Trying to find somewhere to eat in the evening in Esch-sur-Alzette proved to be a real challenge, unless you like fast food. Would I recommend this hotel and this location... no!

Great stay in spite of vehicle challenges with pedestrian area location and unexpected stairs.

Loved the location outside the main city. Relatively quiet even though some rooms overlook the pedestrian shopping area. Rooms/bathroom comfortable and spotless. - Staff were congenial, genuinely helpful and welcoming. ✪✪✪✪✪ - Breakfast was outstanding! ✪✪✪✪

Information regarding complexity of location, which is in a pedestrian area, could have been explained more clearly on the website. Navigation to the actual location with a car was a bit tricky since the road ends and there was no street parking available. Also, more detailed information regarding access to the parking garage (which is BEHIND the hotel, on another street) was only available after check-in. Another issue which might be useful for guests with mobility issues: There is an elevator from the main lobby or garage; however, once we reached our floor, there were 4 steps down from the elevator to the landing...and then ten steps up to reach the actual room floor.

No regrets losing the money that we already paid. We just booked another hotel far away.

The hotel is in really bad neighbourhood. I would not recommend for anyone travelling alone specially not women. The streets are covered in garbage bags and there is to many man wondering around. It looked really doggy so we locked the doors of the car and decided to leave without checking in.

I stayed here for five nights on a business trip. The hotel is centrally located in Esch-sur-Alzette, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and bus stops. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The room was cleaned daily, and the cleaning staff was kind and friendly.

However, I was very disappointed with the reception service. After 6 PM on weekdays and after 3 PM on weekends, there is no one at the front desk. If you arrive late, your room key is left out in the open, which feels very unsafe. I got stuck in the elevator one morning and couldn’t reach anyone for help. The emergency alarm didn’t work, and when my colleague finally found someone from the hotel, they said they didn’t know what to do. I also made a request during my stay and never received a response. Staff kept saying someone from another shift would contact me, but no one did. Breakfast was another letdown, very limited options and low quality. I regretted paying for it.

Excellent to stay and balances the price performance very well.

Lovely People and well supported. Cost performance ratio is very good. Everything good and there are so many shops nearby. Very calm peaceful, feels like home inside a hotel. They have everything required in the room, yes fridge was not there in mine but seldom use.

A little away from the city centre but my visit was to this place so for me it was super convenient.

Location was perfect, couldn't be better. We arrived on the New Year's Eve and it was quiet.

Breakfast was very tasty overall, but I ordered salmon and avocado toast and it wasn't a toast, it was more like a fishcake? If I knew this, I would have gone for something different.

Disappointing

In the reception due to a my card malfunction, and promptly offered to pay in cash the price was overrated and completly disproportionate. I was charged much more and with no reasoning explanation, just “if you want to pay cash you have to pay more”. I did but definitely overrated.

I would highly recommend NOT staying at this hotel. We paid for breakfast, only to be told when we arrived that the hotel doesn't serve breakfast (17 Euros per person for 2 nights). We were charged additional (25 Euros) for a single bed to be added to our room for our toddler, which when we arrived we were told they haven't done and simply said it was a miscommunication with housekeeping (and they didn't try to rectify). The entire hotel stinks of smoke. The rooms were dirty, especially the bathrooms. We actually ended up leaving the hotel and not even staying for the first night (we booked for 2).

Cozy hotel in the center of Esch

The staff was very friendly and didn't hesitate to help us when we needed something. Even if we put a do-not-disturb sign up they provided us with new towels and water each day.

The hotel is a little dated but very clean.
