The building is in an old part of the city there the distribution of the rooms need to be adapted. That mean the halls to the rooms seem a bit long and labyrinthine …nothing can be done about it

Perfect location to explore Metz. Walking distance to all major sites in Metz. All very easy to get around. Rooms were excellently arranged and designed

Cozy stay in a great location

The hotel's location is excellent — right in the city center and very close to attractions. It was raining on the day I arrived, and the hotel even provided umbrellas for guests. The decor is modern and cute, and importantly, there’s an elevator. I drove from Munich and arrived late, but the reception is open 24 hours. The staff were very nice.

The room was quite small, the shower had no door, and there wasn’t much space to put our luggage. We had to park in a public parking area and walk with our suitcases to the hotel. In addition, the pillow was flat (I prefer high pillows), but the bed was comfortable.

Good in the main

Breakfast was excellent but entry to hotel has a trip step that needs fixing a wheel chair would have difficulty accessing hotel and when mentioned staff had commented to management but nothing done. Room was not fixed until late afternoon on second day by which time we were in room so did not get done. Bed side tables were solid, small and inadequate for the purpose intended also mentioned and agreed with by staff as before. Room was of reasonable size with wood floor but bathroom was good if a little crafty due to old window type.

An amazing location, close to the cathedral and shopping. Not too far from the train station.

Ran out of shampoo in the shower. Let front desk know, but housekeeping did not replace.

Location

Car park to far away with luggage. Very noisy at night. Rooms far too small. Poor information about improvement works and how to access hotel.

The staff was nice and helpful. Good location in the center of old town. Shower was new. Tea and coffee in your room.

The room was extremely small (but that is probably my fault as I was travelling alone and chose a single room). Cleaning was done by different ladies, one was great, the other one no so much. I was given a quiet room as I asked (facing the courtyard) but walls are very thin, you can literally hear your neighbours snoring. Breakfast is ok by French standards but no vegetables at breakfast, limited options for vegetarians. Location is good in the center of old town but beware you can' t access it by car, you have to carry your luggage quite a bit by foot. It's also around 16 min away from the train station so if you plan to travel every day by train l/car as I did it might be an issue, I would have chosen a hotel closer to the train station with direct car access if I would do it again. This is not a critique of the hotel, it's more of a recommendation for people who use Metz more as a base for their travel around Alsacia, not their holiday main destination.

Perfect location and nice hotel

The location of the hotel is very central and everything is within reach. The hotel has been recently renovated and there are still works planned to extend the breakfast room. Looking forward to seeing it! The room is spacious and has a safe and a fridge with a complimentary bottle of water. Breakfast had a lot of options: very satisfied about the savory part!

Nice stay in the center of town.

This is a nice modernized hotel in the middle of Metz. The staff in the lobby were friendly and great at answering questions. Ask for a room on the courtyard side. We were delirious after an overnight flight and a rowdy cafe patron kept waking me up (but not the rest of my family). Location wise - its right in the middle of town.

The parking was a bit difficult to figure out. The closest parking lots still take you a couple blocks over a bunch of cobblestones.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived with bicycles and they had a courtyard where we could safely store them. Very convenient location in the center of town. Parking garage is about a 4 minute walk away.

If you have a room facing the street and you have your window open, it can be quite noisy at night, but you're downtown in an area with bars and restaurants, so not much to be done about that. But it was relatively quiet with the windows closed.
