Big hotel in a big town

It was a decent stopover for us on route through France. Everything up to decent standards.

Parking was a little tricky to find.

Nice place for an overnight stay and a quick tour in Metz.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, close to amenities

Fire alarm went off. We had to evacuate and the door at the bottom of the fire staircase was locked. Had to go back up to use another fire exit. Luckily it was a false alarm, but still. The dinner was average.

Comfortable, friendly and convenient

Lovely staff, great location close to the station which we used daily and easy walk to town centre. Nice and clean.

We had a blocked toilet which was fixed but then blocked again the next day. The toilet in the other room had a similar issue but wasn’t reported. Slightly dated accommodation but nice retro feel

Great hotel in central Metz

Great location near to bars and restaurants, on site parking. Very clean and good sized rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast.

There are currently a lot of road works in the vicinity of the hotel making vehicular access very difficult, although this isn’t a criticism of the hotel itself.

A very well designed and renovated hotel in the very convenient location. The front desk, Emily, was very sweet and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast. The fresh squeezed orange juice machine was fun to use.

The shower drained slowly. The A/C was not very cold

Over all it was a really nice stay and worth the value.

The hotel was very clean and in a great location. We really enjoyed the breakfast the next day.

The only down side was that parking was difficult to access due to road construction and not really knowing where the parking lot across the street was that the staff initially told us about. We did end up finding it but we had to circle around a few times .

Good Hotel in Centre of City

The hotel is in the centre of the city and has all the facilities one would expect from an hotel of this class, bar, lift, restaurant, car park etc. The car park is small and on a first come basis so checking in early would be sensible.The staff are friendly and speak excellent English.

Superb

Very quiet, well insulated. Clean room. Comfortable beds. The room had a good size, with a table and chairs, a closet and a mini fridge. Great location. I would definitely stay there again.

There was no toilet brush! There were outlets only on one side of the room, which made it difficult to charge our phones in bed. In the room we had only disposable paper cups, no real glasses or cups.

Very nice hotel

In general, all very good. Our room faced the parking lot behind the building but that meant it was quiet and we could even sleep with the window open a bit for fresh air which was nice because the air conditioning hardly worked. Breakfast was very good - nespresso machine and nice collections of loose teas and fresh squeezed orange juice. Location is reasonably central and the available private parking made it easy when we came by car. Room was clean and comfy and the shower gel smelled nice. Staff was friendly and they managed to squeeze us in for dinner in their restaurant which was good because it was fairly popular and we booked this all a bit last minute.

The staff had a great vibe and energy. Melissa was the great friendly face that met us. She is a full of energy and her energy definitely made a difference to our visit. The following day we met Anaïs who was also very friendly and helpful. These two ladies are great assets to the service industry and I wish them well

Melissa mentioned that we might be able to expect a gym and other facilities in the near future so looking forward to visiting when I’m next in Metz
