Really great location, clean and fu c

The location of the hotel is great. The staff is very welcoming and accomodating. The room was clean and functional.

The room was pretty small so it is not great for a long trip. It does not have a fridge and the bathroom was freezing even though it had a small heater. Nevertheleas the shower was good and clean. The parking was a bit complicated but it did not make a difference. We would stay here again.

Overall great value, great location, and had a restful night

The beds were super comfortable, and it was so quiet in our room. There were definitely other guests staying in the rooms next to us so guessing it's well soundproofed. The staff were friendly and helpful and the place was clean. Large TV and a coffee machine which were easy to use

The beds in both our rooms were almost the size of the room so you have to really squeeze past to move around the end of the bed to get to bathroom etc. Ok for a young family but not good for for older people. The building was beautiful and it would be nice if the decoration matched the building style rather than the modern ibis style they've gone for.

A great location but the room was very small

The location at the edge of town and so close the the train station was very nice. It was a short walk to get anywhere and made our day trips by train very easy. The staff were amazing and very helpful. We stayed multiple nights so we got to interact with them a bit and I appreciated all of the advice and insider knowledge.

The room was probably the smallest we have ever stayed in. For us, it was too small. Likely would have been fine if it was one or two nights, but since we were there 6 days, the size of the room and lack of place to do any unpacking or access our belongings or store the bags out of our way, was the one thing we didn't like. It has caused us to look at size when booking hotels and apartments, so I guess a good learning moment!

Overall ok but I would have preferred not having room next to elevator as it was noisy.

Location next to train station and walking distance from centre of town. Nicely decorated rooms.

We got a room right next to the elevator. It was rather noisy early in the morning, especially people talking outside our door waiting for the elevator or making noise as they lifted their luggage into it.

Good value accommodation opposite the train station

Brilliant location for train travel as it is opposite the station. Also easily walkable to the old city. I booked a standard single and yes, room 400 is very compact. But it has everything you need.

Room 400 - Beware if you are larger in size - you will not fit in the space between the wall and the basin in the bathroom. I am 159cm and 65kg and only had a few inches either side of my hips when standing sideways to the basin. The shower is small, but Ok. It is the size of the space when you step out of the shower between the basin and wall that could be an issue for bigger bodies

Nice hotel in the city center, clean, good value for money, good atmosphere, super friendly staff.

Very friendly staff; happy to welcome us at 23:00 hours and helped us to find a free car-Parking around the corner. Small shower, however clean en easy to operate and powerful water flow. Full size breakfast and friendly staff.

The only comment we can make is that the elevator is fit for only two persons, however the stairs are wide and easy to walk on. Overall a very pleasant stay in a good atmosphere.

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Amenities were 👍 and hotel was centrally situated with easy access to roads in and out of Metz.

Lift was a bit cramped, and it could hardly fit 2 people in, let alone the maximum of 4, as stated.

Not bad

A pretty good hotel to spend the night if you are passing through, but not for more than one night. It is very clean, good English speaking staff and everything has been renewed. Disadvantages are the too small rooms and bizarrely small bathrooms. Location is great, you are in the beautiful center of the city in no time and there is a nice parking garage across the street.

Fraudulent advertising, fraudulent behavior. Perfection itself.

although there were two of us travelling, we booked a room for 3 people because the description stated that the room was 20 m2. However, we stayed in a smaller room, 15 m2 maximum, albeit with 3 beds. There was nothing left of the free space we were paying for. The booking confirmation was, of course, for a 20 m2 room. The staff arrogantly refused to deal with the matter, the management took the same position next day as well. Booking.com offered compensation of barely half the difference in room rates. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. You can certainly find better accommodation in the city with better service and friendlier staff.

Central near the station and citycenter

Quite central, nice staff. Big parkinggarage with a discount when you’re a hotelgasten.

The room was warm, old, leaking sink and an unfresh smell. Opening the window could be a solution, but than the noice of the street is too bad. I slept with earplugs in, without the sheets, because it was too warm in the room. It’s the standard we knew in the 80’s, not in ‘22. I’m sorry, but I can’t make it nicer than this.
