The helpful, friendly staff made our stay very enjoyable.

The front desk staff went above and beyond. They upgraded us to a larger, more convenient room and were also very helpful with providing info for the bus schedule. And gave us a big bucket of ice!!

bed was comfy and double glazing cut out most of the noise.

parking is not on site and is just a discount for the use of the local railway car park. did not feel safe leaving my motorbike there. limited bar and food options are pizza or pizza

Good location, helpful staff, easy walking distance to the centre.

Location has no specific parking, but public parking available at the railway station, although a little pricey. Friendly staff. Hotel is a little tired and would benefit from some refurbishment. Location is good and it is easy to walk into the town centre

Great location, the parking is just in front of the hotel.

The only thing was that our first room smelled a lot of smoking but we got another room and the shower didn’t work well.

The rooms are really small - difficult to walk around the bed.

The location is good, walking distance to the shopping street. Parking discount is offered by the hotel at the nearby parking garage.

There is no parking place available at the hotel. Though there is a parking garage closeby, it is not so easy to reach at the first time as a tourist like me (The google maps does not route all correctly, as some roads only allow bus/trams/taxis, but not private cars, we rerouted a few times and spend extra 10-15 mins to get to the right underground garage)

Parking means public parking... Then, any hospitality has a parking available. What's the meaning of advertising this?? The room and the overall structure are poorly maintained. The room was also noisy, despite the "sound proof" indication. Not very good...
