Wonderful spot for a large family group to do the Metz Christmas markets! 10/10

The beds. The beds were so comfortable and we had beautiful view into a quiet courtyard. The interiors of the hotel were pretty as well. Parking inside the building. Friendly staff.

The parking gate is narrow, so be careful. And the bathroom (specifically the shower) was small.

Dated Hotel, Small Rooms and Limited Hot Food options for breakfast

Location of the property is central and all attractions are close to the hotel.

Rooms are super small. Bathroom is tiny and not very nice. Breakfast has very limited choise of hot food options. The food quality was average. The bread was finished and the staff said they had no more bread ay 9.30 am when the breakfast ends at 10.00 am. Very dated rooms and hotel.

Perfect Hotel for your stay in Metz

The property has a perfect location both for the train station and visiting the town. My room was looking at the peaceful garden. Bed was comfortable. The hotel also have a nice outdoor area. Thomas and other suff are there to help you having an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

Functional hotel in a good location

The hotel is well located in the centre of Metz. It is part of the Kyriad chain so it's a typical mid range hotel. There is a nice bar area which doubles up as a reception. We had 2 double rooms which were clean and functional. The buffet style breakfast had a reasonable choice of croissants, fruit, bread, cheese, meat etc. and was regularly replenished. It was busy and finding a table a bit tricky. On the whole the staff were friendly. We prebooked the hotel car park which is well located and secure under the hotel.

Although we had pre-booked the car park the guy on check-in initially said there was no space. I had to push the point and after showing him the confirmation the hotel had sent was suddenly able to find a space (there were plenty of spaces when we parked). I didn't appreciate the unhelpful attitude. In fairness we were able to leave the car in car park the next day to explore Metz. The rooms and beds are small.

Not the best choice I’ve made 😞

Central location and secure parking

Rooms were not very clean and the old air conditioning was so loud every half an hour or so it woke us up, and for some reason only a few dishes were available to order on a Saturday night as the restaurant wasn’t fully open. I’ve stayed in Kyriad hotels before and they are usually very good. This one sadly not the best.

Gorgeous place and very kind staff

Very nice location just right next to the historic centre

I heard from earlier morning 6.30am a lot of noises from the shower area and bedrooms above me. Probably some customers, visitors in this hotel waking up very early when I expect. Anyway I woke up at 8am because I was going to stay in bed longer than usual because this is my holiday time.

Extensive renovation to ground floor - not sure when complete Please note on your website that restaurant is only open Monday to Friday, lunchtimes and evenings, and booking is advisable. Restaurant is CLOSED Saturdays and Sundays and maybe on French Public Holidays

Nice stay in the heart of Metz!

The room was very nice and modern. It was quite spacious and with good sound isolation. We also liked the check-out at 12. :)

The apartment was exactly what we wanted. The location was excellent. Around the corner from the main square. We did not take part in the breakfast but it look very appetizing.

Super location, friendly staff and secure parking…

Great location five minutes from all the main bars and restaurants with the added bonus of secure parking. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and we appreciated the warm welcome after a long drive. We look forward to staying again. Thank you.
