Overall good hotel for the location and what it costs, but is rather a settling for less

It is a good location in the centre, and the staff has changed a room instantly when we discovered that the baby next door was crying non- stop

The hotel needs renovation… and a deep cleaning, the carpets were stained and smelly

Very comfy stay in a great location in Metz.

The staff were super friendly and the room was excellent value for the price. Everyone made us feel welcome and at home. Also the breakfast was lovely. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Obviously the hotel could use some refurbishing as other reviews have stated. But for us that wasn't a deal breaker since we were looking for a hotel on a budget.

Not great but clean and cheap

Room very small. Wardrobe not very sturdy, wobbled when you opened the door. Smallest bathroom ever. Shower curtain stuck to you when you showered. Water pressure poor in the shower.

Super friendly staff....they guy on duty when I arrived and the lady on reception when I left were great., They were good at accommodating me for an extra day. Good breakfast, and hotel is a great location for station, and a a shortish walk to the centre of Metz.

The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the train station. The staff is very nice and helpful. And the breakfast buffet is perfect. Very local flavor to a tourist.

The bathroom is bit small. Did not know I need to ring the bell to get into the building but luckily another guest came out at the moment and told me about that.

Good hotel on a great location between station and city centre. Good breakfast, clean room. Parking at the the parking at the station is very cheap, because of there contract with them. Highly recommended.

It was lovely place. Location was really good it is 5 min to center. No special parking area but you can park your car to the front of the hotel. Additionally, the room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. You will have alternatives for the eating.

This is the second time stayed in this hotel this year, The staffs are so kindness. I forgot my watch, called and asked them to sent it back. They helped me. Just in the shower, there is no any glass or badge to protect water… but it’s not much disturb. I deeply recommend everyone to come in this hotel. I love this hotel especially staff.

It was a very enjoyable stay.

Since I am traveling with my dog, it is important for me to find a good quality hotel that accepts pets at a reasonable price. This hotel checked every need I had. We had a late check-in but the staff at the reception was there and very helpful. The room we stayed in was quite big and the beds were very comfortable. We were also happy with the breakfast provided. The location of the hotel was also a big bonus.

I guess the only thing I could complain about was that our room was a bit chilly. I understand with the energy prices going up, it is not reasonable to expect a room that is very hot. It would have been nice to put extra blankets in the wardrobe for people who choose to be warmer.

Huge disappointment and did not meet up with photos on booking site.

Very good location and flattering photos of hotel and rooms.

First of all, the photos on the booking site did not meet our expectations at all in reality. Old carpets on floors, people obviously smoking inside rooms, the room was old with old carpet and very small. Reminded of an Eastern-Europe hotel in the nineties. The stairway up to the room was with an old carpet and walls.
