Good cost effective place to break up a journey.

Convenient location. Clean rooms. Helpful staff.

Smelt of cigarette smoke thoughout hotel and rooms. Some broken sharp edged furniture in our room.

Ibis is a great place to stay. I always have good luck when I book a reservation at any Ibis in Europe. Obviously, the best part is the great price. In Metz I stayed for a couple of nights. The hotel was a great location for driving. Easy parking and comfortable room. The staff was friendly. The room and bathroom were clean and good. The bed was comfortable. I did not have the breakfast as I ate way too much at the Christmas Market in Metz the night before.

There was nothing I did not like about the Ibis in Metz.

Perfect place to stay with my family on the way across France.

The staff were really friendly, the rooms were warm and comfortable. It was quiet. Its triple rooms are idea for my family of five, I love that they have rooms with three single beds that my kids could share.

Perfect for a 1-night stay!

It was perfect as a 1-night stay as we used it as a midway point on our road trip. Free parking and 24 hour check in was exactly what we were looking for.

Both rooms floors, very dirty , and they smelled! The shower was very dirty

staff very helpful when we arrived

mattress in top bunk had blood and poo on it as we found out due to making the bed bottom bunk had pubic hairs on the bed and shower mould and smell was awful

I know it's a Budget hotel but...

We requested extra pillows at check in and was given them with no problem. The bed was comfortable.

The toilet seat in Room 115 was on the toilet floor. The shower leaked out of the door. The light in the shower didn't work.

More or less standard Ibis Budget, probably a bit "lower grade" than some other Ibis Budgets I've stayed at but nothing really bad. Overall okay, no more no less. Free parking, easy access by car.

Breakfast was a disaster. I broke my rule of never taking breakfast in cheap hotels in France and it was clearly a mistake. Overcrowded room, poor choice, the cheapest meal, long line to the coffee machine, disposable cutlery. Served by an only staff member, a poor lady alone trying to do the reception job and refilling the buffet. Doesn't worth the money. The room was a bit smallish. Not a big deal for an overnight drive-in sleep and go stay though.

Broke up drive to mountains

Rooms are basic but functional for a single night stopover. Great price and located close to A4. Chain Restaurants within walking distance.

One of the rooms had not been cleaned or made up since previous occupants. Front desk changed room and apologised. Explanation offered was short staffed.
