Affordable hotel on the outskirts of Metz

Very friendly staff, large, clean and quiet rooms, large and clean bathroom, large secure parking at the hotel

We had some problems with Samsung navigation, iPhone navigation was better

Good value family room. Close to transportation to city center. Would be able to recommend as a budget stay.

Clean property, pleasant staff.Breakfast room attendant extremely pleasant.

Air conditioning unit for our room was not working. We asked for a fan and were told it would be coming up. We did not receive it so slept with the window open which was ok but, loud. Soap dispenser in shower ran out after husband and son showered leaving none for the next shower. These should be topped off after each guest.

A great place to get your head down

After a long drive, you want a clean functional space where everything works, easy check in, hot water and clean towels. The beds were very comfortable and a slept easy.

Good value for money

the hotel is close to the highway and is suitable for transit. the beds are comfortable, the room spacious and the staff friendly.

There are not many parking spaces, there is a risk of not finding a free one if you arrive late. There are no coffee facilities in the room. We didn't had breakfast, we left early and it would have helped us. there is no restaurant, but there is a vending machine at the reception for drinks. the hotel has a policy of retaining a guarantee, almost as much as one night's accommodation, which was returned after a few days.

Practical location, fair price, good parking, not the most pleasant hotel.

Pratical location, big parking with security camera (no barriers). Fair price.

Bathroom looked clean but smelt quite unpleasant (like urine). Mentioned this at reception and they answered they didnt have other rooms of that size available which can happen. When I asked if if we could split into a double and a single (we were 3) they refused to do so.. would have been an easy solution but they chose to make our stay more unpleasant in case they could book an extra room.

Disappointed

Spacious room, comfy beds, nice shower

The rudeness and unhelpfulness of the receptionist who denied us having breakfast, although her colleague on the night shift advised us that we don’t need to decide before. She said that you should inform the hotel a day ago which was not what her colleague told us at night. The worst thing was that she wasn’t willing to help other than offering us a coffee.

ACCUEIL CALEM PROPRE BIEN EQUIPE CONFORTABLE NOUS étions 10, on nous a permis d'utiliser la salle de réunion pour jouer aux cartes le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique, je recommande !
