Convenient location close to the station and 15min walk to the city centre. Rooms are very small, especially the single rooms, with tiny bathrooms. Clean and tidy though and does the job for a few nights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value.

The hotel is in an old building, but my room was lovely. The bed and bedding were wonderful. The bathtub/shower combination had lots of hot water and strong water pressure . The hotel is practically across the street from the magnificent train station, and a twelve minute walk to downtown on a beautiful walk. There are two great restaurants a block or two away for either French or Italian food. The breakfast was a very good continental breakfast. The staff were all friendly and polite. One standout was Vincent, who checked me in when I arrived. He recommended restaurants and helped me with a dinner reservation. When I returned from dinner, he inquired if I enjoyed my meal. He obviously enjoys his work - he made me feel like a valued guest at the hotel!

Staff were wounderful, close to the train station so we did a day trip to Luxembourg, worth it. Main city and sites to see all within walking distince. Recomend getting Breakfox at cafe Fox!!

Great stay here! Everybody was so lovely, and no hesitation to accommodate all of our needs, even offering to seat us elsewhere at breakfast and helping with suggestions to make our stay better! I absolutely recommend this accommodation for your next visit to Metz!

Excellent! We had train delays coming out of Paris to Luxemburg. We ended up in Metz, late, thirsty and needing a place to stay. We chose the Best Western. What a great choice! We were promply greated, quickly checked in and offered refreshments ... even at this late hour. Our room was very clean, comfortable and eco-friendly. We will return. Thanks for a great experience after a terrible train experience.

The girl at the reception went beyond expectations to give us a room, ensure parking is safe walking over in the rain. I will certainly go back to say hi to her. We booked a night on the way back from Italy at short notice. Easy to find and check-in, the owners are really nice and they offer off-street parking about 100m away in a yard behind some buildings.The room was spacious, at the front of the building facing the station but the double glazing and shutters kept the noise to a minimum. The bathroom was a good size with twin sinks.The room was clean and quite comfortable.On a downside, the bed sheet had a hole in it and this particular room looks as if it could benefit from a bit of modernising.It was perfectly ok for a night.
