The staff is incredible and very helpful (we had trouble with our car and suddenly had to stay in a hotel for 2 nights. Breakfast is very good and a lot of choice (eggs, forrest fruit, chia, compotes, pastries etc).

The room is good but simple. Not nice that the lights in the bathroom turn on/off automatically. During the night It woke me up completely!! During nights I prefer a dark bathroom!!

Okay hotel but will not come back

The hotel was what we expected, nothing more or less.

Staff in the reception was very rude and barely spoke any English which is odd if you work with clients in a hotel. No need to have an attitude and roll your eyes just because you don't understand what I am telling you (which I tried doing in the most simple and basic English). Breakfast is a complete ripoff at €20/pp. I would advise to save that money and get something elsewhere.

Downtown Thionville

They have a very nice roof deck. The breakfast options were plentiful. Gluten-free bread was available. So was fresh-squeezed orange juice. We were traveling by bicycle and the hotel provided a secure, indoor room for us to store our bikes in.

Overnight stay only.

Shower room was good & modern. Bed comfy. Roof terrace was a lovely bonus. With seating are.

Small room, basic facilities, nothing special, but we had a comfort room so no frills. No restuarant, but on asking about room service we were told we could order either a chicken or salmon salad and could have it on the roof terrace. Parking is an underground multi storey attached to the shopping mall next door. No access from there, you have to go through the mall, long walk with cases.

Dirty room, unfortunately

The personnel was very friendly and welcoming.

The room was dirty. There were sticky, moist stains on the carpet which I had to cover with pieces of paper to avoid stepping on them. The sink was dirty. The shower was glogged and the water had apparently flooded even to the carpet at some point. Disappointing, because otherwise everything worked well. We had two rooms, and the other one seemed to be clean.

There was no hot water in the shower. I got a new room. There was no hot water there as well. Finally the guy at the reception said that there is a problem and there is no hot water at all of the hotel and they have nothing to do about it. Unbelievable.

the first night we got the wrong room and the breakfast was really bad, fruits gone bad and dry pancakes not fresh at all.

Hotel was not in GPS and different to find after a long voyage; public parking garage next to hotel was closed after 8PM. If it wasn’t for a helpful gentleman with a pass we would not have gotten in.
