incomparable family accommodation

it’s modern, funky, and has great facilities. it’s located in a suburb that has many immigrant incomes and therefore there are lots of really tasty street eats (which we Brits love - kebabs, pizzas, falafel…) to be eaten in walking distance, when you’ve hit peak baguette! The Bar Staff are super friendly if you speak even a little French. if you don’t make any effort in that direction like most French expect the Gallic shrug when ordering.

Quit and nice location

Hotel is really nicely located, in a forest area and close to many restaurants and attractions. Room was spacious and quiet, facing the forest, bed was comfortable. The breakfast is quite good for few options for all tastes.

The intense smell from the bathroom's sewer was very persistent. Room's window must be always left open when leaving, as when coming back in the room, as the bad smell was very strong. Not sure if old pipes or sewerage problems, but this creates quite a discomfort. Also, room's floor could be cleaner, as when walking bare foot you can feel it was not properly vacuumed the carpet.

The room was not cleaned between the 2 days, the staff found a solution but still unpleasant to move. Unpleasant smell in the bathroom, leak on the siphon....

the airconditioning system was very effective, but it made a loud sound every 5 minutes, even when turned off. but otherwise it was a great room.

Airco had leak and everything was wet in the middle of our room and nobody took care of it during our stay.

Disappointing, hotel didn't match the description

Shower was good

Room smelt musty, paper cups provided for hot drinks, no milk (yes I did ask the cleaner for some). It would be good to have small fridge in the hot weather given there is no bar. Didn't like that the pool was closed, the view was over a loading bay, there was no cafe or restaurant on site.

Great value for money. We really liked the hotel for a one night stop on the way to the south. decent size rooms, friendly staff, good beds, renovated bathroom. Also lots of choice for breakfast. Our 2 year old son absolutely loved the pancake machine :)

A pleasant stay!

Location is cool, there is lots to see and do in the area, all within walking distance. Beds were comfy, the place was clean and the breakfast was nice. (pancake making machine was cool)!

Rooms are fine,but a little extra attention to detail could be added regarding refurbishments. e.g. leaky shower, rotten bathroom doorframe at the foot of the doorframe, when the cupboard door is closed it turns the main light switch off!

Fair stay

Fair stay for its price. Check-in/out without any problem. Clean and tidy, breakfast: setting nice and choice relatively good. Personnel very helpful, very nicely oriented us with the map and restaurant options (5 min by foot - a food court for the resort).

Rooms a bit worn out and very small - challenging suit option that we had - two small rooms connected together - to move between the rooms one have to manage 5 doors on 2 m2 - if you open them in wrong sequence, you can't get through with baby seat :) We chose the hotel as our stopover for its pool, and out little guy was dreaming of it half of the day before we arrived, so perhaps we had too much expectations, but the pool in reality looks much more modest and water was rather cold (both are our personal perceptions, no fault done by hotel)
