Rude staff, noisy, poor breakfast and very overpriced . Will not be returning!!

The proximity to the ski centre

Rude staff who tried to double charge us for the room and also extra for “breakfast” which was essentially bread and cold eggs. No restaurant just a bar. Rooms weren’t ever cleaned, it was noisy outside, the alarms kept going off and the electricity in our room kept tripping out.

Our go-to hôtel when visiting Amnéville

It’s in a good position for access to restaurants and amenities. Personnel are friendly and helpful. Everywhere is very clean and the bar is very well stocked. Breakfast is exceptional value for money!

Last minute booking with this hotel as we had to make alterations to our holiday. The hotel is located in a large complex area. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Just have to walk.

Very good hotel for a one-night stop

Nice rooms with enough space, good value for money, parking in front of the hotel. Helpful staff. Plenty of restaurants close-by to go out ( the hotel doesn't have an own restaurant).

It takes a bit of time to get to the highway ( in morning traffic). The breakfast buffet looked a bit too empty by 8 am. Tried the Wifi, but it was VERY slow.

Nice rooms with enough space ( both in room as well as bathroom; separate toilet). Good bed. Friendly staff at the reception. Plenty of restaurants close by. Good breakfast, great coffee.

A little gem in the midst of a kids activity heaven

We heard a lion roaring as background noise to waking up! Good parking. Friendly staff. Great size family room with a big bath . Cool interior/reception area. Loved all the options for nearby things to do.

No restaurant within the hotel anymore (although plenty nearby). Wheelchair room (PMR) has a high step up to get out onto the balcony which is impractical with a wheelchair bound person.

Stay in location with many things to do

Breakfast was good, bed comfortable and shower ok.

Noisy (in the hall you can literally hear conversations inside the rooms) and the fact that the balcony door on the first floor cannot be closed.

Spacious rooms supplemented by friendly, helpful staff

Located in the tourist´s zone of Amnéville this hotel offers spacious rooms and a very friendly, helpful staff. Visiting off-season and during Covid-19 we enjoyed the tranquility of the hotel´s location in a park-like situation outside the city center. However, if all the activities of the tourist´s zone offering its visitors numerous restaurants and a casino are open, we assume their experience may differ from ours.

As stated in the hotel´s guest room information the hotel´s wifi connection is somewhat slow. The quality of the breakfast suffered from extensive plastic wrapping. This is however believed to be a Covid-19 precaution meaning crisp bread crusts and croissants may well await other visitors.
