Location, and is ideal when travelling through France from the Shuttle (4hrs) towards Germany and Austria. Staff are very friendly and helpful and when I asked for a room (on check-in) overlooking the car park to keep an eye on my motorbike they accommodated my request. Breakfast is good too, so another plus for me!

This my 4th stay here, it's convenient for me travelling towards Munich (and beyond) as it's roughly half way (a variety of restaurants are within 500m)and I always ask for a room overlooking the car park as I want to keep an eye on my motorbike (motorrad) and the staff meet my request.

the staff were just lovely! I got such a warm welcome Id wondered what was going on same in the morning and again on check out. exceptional staff.

place is a bit run down and very old fashioned. signage outside lights all gone so I couldn’t find the place, rooms basic and tired and the decor in breakfast was a bit trippy! really needs a makeover

Hotel is perfectly located, with plenty of parking at the hotel. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Good place to stay not far off the main road system. Lots to explore

I had made a mistake with the date of our stay but Booking.com and the hotel allowed us to change our booking with no additional cost. Thank you. The hotel is a two star but I have stayed in some three stars that were not as good. The staff were very friendly. The Internet was good and we paid the extra for breakfast which was good. The hotel was quiet. The hotel is in Amneville, zone de loisir. It has lots of leisure activities and nice woods to walk in.

I really hope they improve the cleanliness, if they do. Then it’s worth going back (staff and breakfast were really nice

the breakfast was really good! Staff are really friendly and polite and ready to help.

cleanliness was very very poor. About midnight we wanted to go to sleep and when we uncovered the bedcover there were stains and strings of hair in the bed (as if it had not been washed). We were given a new room. This new room bed sheets were great, but the bathroom had a used and full of stains/dirt toilet paper (we were given a new toilet paper). Both rooms were not properly dusted. Moreover, there is only one bright bathroom light. So if you need to use it at night, be prepared to feel uncomfortable as there is no low dimmed light.
