Great location. Nice and quiet with lovely forest area to walk through. Room was big and clean.

It was hot and there is no fan or air conditioning. But we left window open for breeze.

Upon arrival, we were reasonably happy with our ground floor rooms, as they are a bit dated and tired looking but OK for their price and very nicely situated in the woods. After a long day of traveling we were hoping to enjoy the quiet and get a good night sleep so we would be able to resume our journey safely. After an hour or so we all woke up from very loud music. There was no night clerk at the reception, the phones weren’t answered and even the web site’s contact page didn’t work, so we could not report what was happening, and so there was no one to help us. Finally we, and other guests went to investigate ourselves and we found out that the music originated from the 1001 Nights Suite, that is situated on a lower floor beneath the normal guest rooms, but is still a part of the Sources Residence. Unfortunately, the guests in the suite thought it would be fun to play very loud (and I mean really very loud) music until 3.30 in the morning. Even guests on the 2nd and 3th floor and across the courtyard could not sleep. We went to the suite several times during the night, to ask if they could turn down the music, but no one answered the door and in return they just turned it up! We were all just left to stay awake all night. The next morning several guests, including myself, reported what happened and filed complaints at the hotel desk. To our great and unpleasant surprise the clerk reacted angrily, and said she could not help us. She even did not appoligize for the inconvenience. When asked what we should do when there is a fire, there being no night clerk and the phones not being picked up, she said we should call the fire fighters. I am left stupified and horrified by this experience. I filed a written complaint to the hotel and I am waiting for their answer. Unnecessary to say we won’t be returning.

The fact that the room had a kitchenette was very useful.

We didn’t see anyone at all it’s like the hotel was abandoned. Everything very dirty, even in the room balcony very poor cleaning. Furniture very old. Not a very good mattress. Towels with big holes and not very white. There’s no cleaning ladies that go to the rooms on a daily basis, so no clean towels.

Super emplacement au milieu des bois c'était calme...Notre logement avait une petite terrasse c'était parfait.

Très peux voir pas du tout d’eau chaude, le ménage laisse à désiré, le bloc à papier toilette et les feuilles de toilette ne sont clairement pas pratique, le lit qui grince et un service de type Netflix aurait était appréciée

La propreté des locaux, le couloir pour aller aux studio Mille et une nuit, la terrasse, le couchage la salle de bain

Le bruit des canalisations

Emplacement vis à vis des attractions proposé dans ce secteur. Toilette et salle de bain séparé

Des prise USB seraient un plus

Emplacement idéal pour se rendre au Galaxy. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Le cadre est beau avec une ambiance apaisante type fontaine et « forêt ». Le parking qui se situe à côté est accessible et la réservation permet de s’y stationner même si zone bleue. Je recommande cet hôtel

Endroit calme. Possibilité de dormir à plusieurs dans la même chambre. Equipement supplémentaires pour si on a froid. l'accueil du chat. La beauté du couloir et la bonne odeur de lessive. L'endroit propre, la petite cuisine pour mettre ses affaires.

le manque de produits maison au petit déj, les oeufs (pas cher), les pancake du magasin, les gâteaux magasin aussi pouvant être remplacé par un cake maison

de omgeving is goed voor buitenactiviteten. De temperatuur van het douchewater was goed!

de vindbaarheid van het gebouw, de ontbijtzaal en de kwaliteit van het ontbijt was matig. de bedden waren oud, de matrassen versleten (kuil)

Ontbijt was goed.

Erg gehorig. Alle bewegingen van de gasten in de aanpalende kamers konden we meebeleven. Het interieur heeft ook een opfrisbeurt nodig. Internet werkte sporadisch.
