Good facilities on site for a one night stop over with kids

Good location within a forest area with lots of entertainment available in walking distance- several restaurants, bowling, zoo and a great retro gaming pub which our teenagers liked. Apartment was basic but fine for a night

Location great, quiet, but place is not properly kept in shape.

Very god location, unless you would like to live centrally. Located in a park with close distance to varios restaurants, spa, zoo etc. Small patio outside. Large bathroom.

Worn down, especially the kitchen area. Some basic equipment missing. Less good ventilation. We got a basement room - on the other hand a patio. Other rooms have a balcony.

The self check in card display does not work!

The self check in card display did not work and there was nobody to answer th ephone,we waied over half hour in the evening trying to work out how to get in and luckily got some help from other travellers. No one checked on our voice mail the day after either. Very poor service.

It felt very cramped and dated. For the price we paid we were disappointed. One of the two coffee mugs was chipped, Maybe time to buy some new, fresher crockery? Or better still…. renovate the room?

Nice-sized balcony with table and chairs lookimg onto trees. Everything in kitchen and bathroom worked fine.. Easy to access keys in key drop. Very good price.

Parking and entrance not that obvious - the entrance is back from the road - but all fine in the end. We parked around the back.

Night of Horror; 3.3 score is still too high.

Situated in de woods.

Upon arrival, we were reasonably happy with our ground floor rooms, as they are a bit dated and tired looking but OK for their price and very nicely situated in the woods. After a long day of traveling we were hoping to enjoy the quiet and get a good night sleep so we would be able to resume our journey safely. After an hour or so we all woke up from very loud music. There was no night clerk at the reception, the phones weren’t answered and even the web site’s contact page didn’t work, so we could not report what was happening, and so there was no one to help us. Finally we, and other guests went to investigate ourselves and we found out that the music originated from the 1001 Nights Suite, that is situated on a lower floor beneath the normal guest rooms, but is still a part of the Sources Residence. Unfortunately, the guests in the suite thought it would be fun to play very loud (and I mean really very loud) music until 3.30 in the morning. Even guests on the 2nd and 3th floor and across the courtyard could not sleep. We went to the suite several times during the night, to ask if they could turn down the music, but no one answered the door and in return they just turned it up! We were all just left to stay awake all night. The next morning several guests, including myself, reported what happened and filed complaints at the hotel desk. To our great and unpleasant surprise the clerk reacted angrily, and said she could not help us. She even did not appoligize for the inconvenience. When asked what we should do when there is a fire, there being no night clerk and the phones not being picked up, she said we should call the fire fighters. I am left stupified and horrified by this experience. I filed a written complaint to the hotel and I am waiting for their answer. Unnecessary to say we won’t be returning.

The fact that the room had a kitchenette was very useful.

We didn’t see anyone at all it’s like the hotel was abandoned. Everything very dirty, even in the room balcony very poor cleaning. Furniture very old. Not a very good mattress. Towels with big holes and not very white. There’s no cleaning ladies that go to the rooms on a daily basis, so no clean towels.

Erg gehorig. Alle bewegingen van de gasten in de aanpalende kamers konden we meebeleven. Het interieur heeft ook een opfrisbeurt nodig. Internet werkte sporadisch.

Studio bien équipé, spacieux et propre. Hotel très bien placé pour faire à pied toutes les activités autour. Ecrin de verdure. Les balcons et terrasses sont un plus agréable. Parking gratuit sur place. Chiens bienvenus.

Les voisins peuvent être entendus assez facilement quand ils parlent depuis les extérieurs.
