Great stay-over for a long ride

The location, close to the highway and walking distance to the city center

Great would use again

lovely hotel, right next to the river, bridge at the side of the hotel took you into the centre, very short walk, lots of bars/restaurants etc. Helpful staff and spoke in english, thank you, great underground parking for out motorcycle charged at 1 euro per night. Used as a stopover on the way to Rotterdam. Breakfast was great.

Reasonable one night stop in Thionville

Comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Good breakfast (they had veggies, such as tomatoes and cucumbers, which seems to be a rare option in France; they also had good bread). We could also park our car in the underground garage.

Room size was really small (very difficult to open two suitcases at the same time in one room). The connection to the internet was complicated (we were told to use a code on a paper we received from the reception, but it turns out to get to that step we also had to input another code - which we received from the reception only when we complained that the internet was not working).

I really enjoyed this Hotel. The location is really great on the island and the walking bridge is extremely close which led to the center of the City. The staff was really kind and helpful. Congratulation!

Generally good for short stay but expensive compared to the quality you receive.

The parking fee was 1 Euro per night! The reception people were very friendly! The location of the hotel was so nice.

Only one towel per person. The room was not comfortable for a family (4 people) it was too small and not good if you need some privacy.

Nice hotel for a travel stop for work. No noise from the streets aswell and the airco was working well. The separate professional hairdryer was a plus, even if I didn't use it.

No coffee or thee option foreseen in the room, nor a kettle. I went downstairs to grab a soup of the vending machine but the machine did not work correctly (was a 3rd party company who manages these).

nice unforgettable warm memories of a hotel and a town

everything was just like expected in the hotels alike except of the one small thing that impressed me: the receptionist noticed that I was walking limping. I didn’t ask for any additional facilities though as I have been proudly off my wheelchair since 2 weeks. but he still gave us a room with those without asking any extra question regarding the need of it. It was really of great help and support. This small kind details worth deep respect of their professionalism.

I didn’t find milk for breakfast to have a cereal.

For us it was a station for passing through. The stay was quite good, quiet and comfortable. And on walking distance from the centre. In the parking garage it was possible to charge the car.

For an over night stay it was well placed for our onward journey. Secure parking for our car. Room had air con, ours worked but not room my son occupied next door.

Sons air con not working as it was very hot in their room.
