Poor attention to details, good location and setting

Location and setting. The forest is nice to explore, the lake is lovely and has a very small but fun play park.

Everything we needed was there but it would have been nicer if each part of the chalet was set up for the same number of people, some parts were ready for the three of us, others were ready for two. What we assume was a welcome bag was prepared for one. The kitchen tap didn’t work properly but the bathroom did so we used that. No working fire alarm

Disappointing

The chalet was nice, parking was no problem, getting the key and dropping it off was not a problem. Everything was in walking distance. The chalet was cool inside despite the temperature of the days

The booking specification and the pictures did not match the chalet we got at the end. We had some people with us who struggle with steep ladders (necessary to reach most beds) so during the booking we made sure to book a place with ample easy to reach beds. Regretfully that was not the place we got in the end. There was no WiFi available at the property and travelling with teenagers this simple fact was quite challenging. While booking a few months in advance WiFi was still advertise on the booking page. We checked back when we arrived and found that the booking page had changed from when we booked but we were not informed about the change in WiFi availability. There were a lot of spiders, cobwebs and dead insects in the place and a bumblebee nest was right outside the window. At arrival several lightbulbs did not work while they might have sorted this if we had contacted the property online (as no one was at the reception when we arrived to collect the key) we did not want to go through the hassle for a two night stay.

Muddy, confusing, expensive, regrettable

Location, not Accessible. Footpaths were completely covered in mud. Chalets are 15-20 mins walk through muddy woods from reception. Not ideal as there was no directions. The roof also leaked all night and wet our clothes.

great fun, nice environment, but you need a car to go anywhere

great location for families with kids and pets. surrounded by forest, close to the zoo, lake nearby, outdoor facilities and games for kids. Loved it.

one of the rooms had humidity underneath the bed. also there was no wifi, we didn't know that. not a big problem, but would have been nice to know in advance.

Just what we needed for a stopover on our way through Europe. We picked this place because we have a dog and because it seemed quiet and ”covid-safe”. It was perfect for us! Quickly warmed up, hot showers and serene nature. Would be nice to return when everthing opens up after covid.

Good

The location was lovely - set away from the main 'entertainment area' in the woods, it was very quiet and peaceful. It was also walking distance to the restaurants, spa facilities, zoo etc (a pleasant walk though the woods). It was possible to have food delivered to your chalet too.

It was quite small so would have been cramped for a longer stay.

Very hard to find the charlets - confusing directions. We booked a day prior and arrived 19:30, and was told it was too late to order breakfast for next morning - neither could we have the breakfast buffet.

Endroit calme et sympa au milieu de la forêt mais personnel pas très avenant !

Endroit propre et dans un havre de paix...au calme !

La VMC qui tournait à fond et aucune indication pour l'arrêter surtout quand vous arrivez à 23 heures...Passés une mauvaise nuit à cause de ce bruit ! Quand j'ai fait part de mon mécontentement, même pas un mot d'excuse où de désolé mais que j'avais qu'à chercher l'interrupteur qui était indicateur...après plusieurs minutes de recherche nous avons trouvé cet interrupteur mais il n'y avait aucune indication dessus !!! Dommage endroit au calme et sympa au milieu de la forêt mais cette VMVC nous a gâché le moment...et la réponse de la personne à l'accueil n'est pas adéquate envers des clients !!

Petit bungalow d'une taille parfaite pour une famille de 4 personnes.

L'accès est difficile de nuit, mieux vaut arrivé de journée (pas toujours facile en hiver). Lit bébé payant en option. J'en avais demandé un mais je n'en est pas vu la couleur malheureusement.

Calme et simplicité

La tranquillité du lieu, la fonctionnalité du logement, la propreté et les équipements. Également la facilité pour l'arrivée (clés dans le logement donc pas de contrainte d'heure d'arrivée)

Nous avions demandé un lit parapluie, nous avions eu une réponse positive mais pas de lit parapluie à notre arrivée. Pas de personnel sur place au moment où nous avons constaté ce manquement mais nous avons dormi avec notre fils qui a été ravi de la situation ! Nous aurions pu contacter la réception qui était sur un autre site mais pas envie de rebrousser chemin de nuit sur la voie d'accès qui n'est pas très facile. Les indications pour trouver la route d'accès au niveau de l'entrée en forêt ne sont pas très claires.

Le prix est exorbitant, le logement prévu pour une personne handicapées. Je suis très grand donc compliqué. Il y a une différence entre accès handicapées et tout est fais pour des personnes handicapées.

Une fois mais pas deux malheureusement

Le personnel était gentil et souriant. Les messages d’explication pour trouver les chalets sont bon et les lits confortables

La propreté était pas au top . Un tête d’oreiller était à l’envers on a voulu la mettre dans le bon sens et mauvaise surprise elle était sale … caché la saleté plutôt que de la laver. Et la salle de bain avec pas mal de moisissures sur le pommeau et le tuyau de raccordement et pour finir aucune info sur le fait qu’il y ai un ballon d’eau chaude donc enchaîner 3 douche pour la famille fut une erreur ou plutôt une douche froide …

Nous devions être dans un endroit calme pour nous ressourcer et la un groupe d italien avec des jeunes réveiller tous les jours a 6h du matin un bazard pas possible et en prime toute la journée Je pense qu il serait bien d avoir un contact quand cela ne va pas
