We arrived after reception hours, the instructions were to use the self-check in automated machine which was broken. There was a number to call on the door but no one answered.

We stayed in your hotel from 5 till 6 July. We payed for a breakfast fort two persons ( €22,- ) Unfortunately there was no coffee ( the machine did not work) Later we ordered cappucino and we got chocolate in our coffee. There was not enough, good quality food and drinks as we are used to. The restaurant looked not clean, desolate and uncomfortable. There were many wasps inside the restaurant. Hopefully you take my complaints serously

Smelly place requiring a do-over

The bed was clean.

The place feels a bit abandoned. The bathroom had mold on the shower head and in the corners, the heater was full of rust, everything smelled like it yearned ventilation for months. Apart from the hygiene issues, it's barely soundproofed. You can hear everyone around you all the time. I understand that running a place during COVID is tough, it doesn't have to be that bad though.

Hôtel et personnel au Top

Un accueil parfait,un personnel sympathique, à notre écoute et nous informer. La chambre était bien manque de lumière à l' entrée et douche très capricieuse. A part c est petit point. Nous avons passé une bonne nuit au calme.

C'est pas l hôtel que je blâme mais plutôt le cite : Manque de lumière de L' hôtel au Buffalo Grill. Aucun signalement, aucune pancarte ( inscription) pour les piétons, comment allez au casino, les hôtels, les restaurants etc....

Chambre simple mais propre , facile de trouver une place de parking juste devant l'hôtel . Très bon petit déjeuner , très varier et un grand nombre de tables accessible ( ce qui n'est pas le cas dans tt les hôtels ) . Personnel sympathique et à l'écoute . Machines à café gratuis dans le hall de l'hôtel . Les avis que j'avais lu n'étaient pas tjrs très bon mais pour ma part j'ai été satisfait de cet hôtel .

La fenêtre ouverte à notre arrivée dans la chambre ( 16h30 et temps très humide ) Il faisait très froid dans la chambre mais j'ai simplement monté le chauffage et tout s'est réchauffé .

Très bien situé et petit déjeuner parfait. le personnel est également très sympathique sur place.

Niveau de la chambre, les luminaires ne sont pas très adaptés surtout dans la salle de bain pas très bien éclairée. Au niveau propreté ça reste juste correcte. A noter la chambre n'avait pas été aérée pour notre arrivée (odeur de renfermé) mais ce qui nous a le plus déplu c'est la suite de notre séjour. Nous avons perdu un calendrier de l'avent acheté aux soins des termes et nous avons essayé de rappeler l'hôtel : le numéro de tel. n'est plus attribué et on a envoyé plusieurs mails, nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse. On trouve cela inadmissible.

Toilettes qui ne s'évacuent pas ; après seulement 10 chasses d'eau pour seulement un pipi ... Brosse des WC sale : morceaux de papier wc, je préfère pas trop détailler ... Lumière du miroir qui ne fonctionne pas. Pas du tout insonorisé, on entendait marcher dans les chambres du dessus et parler dans les chambres à côté ... En point positif on va dire que lit était "confortable" Déçu surtout au vu du tarif je m'attendais à mieux ...
