Great place, great service, stunning view. Very peaceful.

Location is perfect. View on the beach and the sea absolutely stunning. Great pool and some nice bars and restaurants at walking distance. Quiet area. Very nice staff able to arrange everything. We hope we can come back one day😉

Excellent villa location but in need to some maintenenace to bring it back up to scratch.

The staff were were very good and cooked a lovely breakfast. The Villa location is excellent. It is right beside the beach (although the sea was too rough to swim) with a really nice big pool. There are plenty of places to eat in walking distance.

The Villa needs some maintenance - although the sea air will takes it's toll, for the price of the stay there are some things which need improving. The lounger covers are worn, and in some cases, worn right through to the stuffing. The shower head was broken at the wall in one bathroom (I propped it up with a wooden spoon). The paint around the end of the pool was chipping off and some of the wooden boards had been covered with artificial grass instead of being replaced. These are all quite easy to fix. The white bathroom towels were are old and discoloured.

What a wonderful place to relax and unwind in such a beautiful setting

The location was absolutely superb. The Villa was massive. The pool was huge. plenty of room and the staff were absolutely fabulous.Gede and the other staff were extremely professional always attentive and super helpful. Anything we needed they were able to get for us no problem.

The villa has the best view and the pool is amazing! Short walk to sandy bay beach club which has amazing food. Gede and staff were absolutely incredible. He catered for every need and looked after the villa the whole time. 5 stars for Gede!

Great location and sunset view in the pool

The location is amaaaazing! I mean you can walk to the beach amazing! The staff and the owner were super nice and helpful :) pool was great and you can hear the waves at night

We felt like It needs a little touch up here and there :) The shower heads didnt work properly and the water was not going were supposed to The sink drains didnt open up again once closed Kitchen equipment was a little outdated I bet it is hard to maintain as its close to the ocean 🙌🏻

Great views of the bay

The large pool overlooking the sea is fabulous with great sunset views. Air cond didnt work properly in one room but was promptly serviced. Breakfast being prepared on site was pleasant. We found a restaurant that was happy to deliver food to the villa (which we ordered via whatsapp).

Sliding doors the the room are a bit hard to slide. The rooms feel a bit dated but ok. Food options for delivery seems limited but there is a nearby beach bar/club place. Beach is nice but there are rubbish floating around. Not the villa's fault.

I loved watching the waves roll in from the ocean while cooling off in the pool.

Wth a commanding view across Sandy Bay Beach, the open air kitchen and the overall beach-shack vibes Villa Waru was the perfect place for our family of 4 to stay and play around in the pool, lounge around or head down to the beach to watch the sunset. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast overlooking the ocean each morning

amazing location and incredible views! Whilst in need of a bit of renovation and update, the villa was super comfortable for our group of 4. The air conditioning worked well in al rooms, ceiling fans to catch the breezes and a well designed villa. Pak Gede was on hand to answer any questions we had and breakfast was pancakes, fruit, toast and scrambled eggs.

The villa lacks good security as your not able to lock the bedroom doors from the outside if your going out.

The Owner Ketut is really nice. The view is fabulous. Pool is good.

The property does not reflect the imagery on booking.com. It's a tired villa in need of a total renovation. We asked for fans as none in public spaces. Bedrooms are dank / moldy and pillows bad, I had allergic reaction. The owner kindly bought new pillows. The property itself is a heat trap, so constantly sweating. We enjoyed the pool and we spent much time in there to counteract the sweltering humidity. We just feel in order to charge the amount we were charged, the property is in need of much improvement and more soul to it. Again, the owner Ketut was very kind and drove us around and helped as much as possible.

Het uitzicht vanuit de tuin is waanzinnig

De vloer van de open woonkamer is glibberig. De slaapkamers zitten vol met schimmel. Het beddengoed ruikt muffig, er liepen ratten in de keuken en er liep een rat in de slaapkamer van mijn vriend. De vloer van het zwembad voelt glibberig. De badkamers viezig en oud. De gehele woning is toe aan een serieuze renovatie waarin echt alles gedaan moet worden. De foto´s op booking komen helemaal niet overeen met hoe het er in het echt uit ziet. de prijs kwaliteit verhouding is buiten proportie. Na onze klachten kregen we gelukkig 50% van ons geld terug maar ook voor die andere 50% wat we hadden betaald was het nog teveel geld.
