Amazing stay with even better views!

Property was beautiful with likely the best view on Nusa Lembongan. The pool was great and we loved the open concept with the sliding doors. Staff were very accommodating and ready to help you with any of our needs. Would definitely return if we are back on the island.

Disgusting villa

The villa was extremely dirty. There was a lot of dust, even on the ventilation system. I have asthma and this caused me significant discomfort. There was also a lot of mould everywhere. We reported this, and although they did some additional cleaning, the place was still very dirty. I have been trying for months to get a refund, but I keep being ignored and they continue to string me along.

Close to restaurants

Property advertised a fold away bed as being available in the room. When we arrived, there wasn’t one. We had paid for 4 adults and 3 children, but they said you need to pay more if you want the fold away bed. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful.

Terrible. Would never go back and will tell everyone not to use

Nothing. One of the bedrooms was flooded with sewerage water and Aqua Nusa refused to take any responsibility. This was by far the worst experience with a hotel or resort accommodation that I have had

There are quite a few stairs to navigate to get to and from the property so if you have mobility issues, this property wouldn’t be ideal.

Absolutely amazing - everything was perfect

This villa… just wow. Hands down the most amazing place I have ever stayed. From the moment I booked (very last minute!), the staff went above and beyond — they had me checked in within an hour, organized transfers from my previous hotel, and even arranged a shuttle down to the main street. Every single person I dealt with was so kind and helpful — truly some of the best hospitality I’ve ever experienced. The villa itself is absolutely sensational. It feels like home but with total luxury. The views of the ocean and forest exceeded every expectation, and the whole place is just breathtaking. My only regret is that I only stayed one night — but when I come back to Nusa Lembongan, I’ll definitely be staying here again. I’ve already recommended Aquanusa Villa to my friends and family. Honestly, I could not recommend it enough. Absolutely bloody beautiful

It really is a beautiful location and the villa has all that you need. We loved our stay!

The location was perfect, not too busy part of the island but close enough to different restaurants. The daily housekeeping na assistance by the staff was amazing! Zen was so helpful, assisting us with shuttles and an island tour. We would definitely come back.

The hot water was a little hit and miss and the pool wasn’t as clean as my partner would have liked.

The building going on next door. The electrical beeping noise going for two nights outside our bedroom. I felt it was not value for money. It was expensive but not luxurious as it had advertised. The down stairs room had a strong smell….not sure if it was mould or just from being closed up for too long.

Great ocean view condos away from the noise and crowds of the town. Love to views of the surf breaks.

Great condo out of the hustle, bustle of the town with beautiful views of the surf breaks. Loved the dipping pool for cooling off and the staircase leading to town. Also like the Ohana Beach Club the condo had access too and the free shuttle between the condos and the club.

Nothing I did t like. As they say, there are lots of stairs to the rooms and down to town and the beach. You are not in town. It's about a 15-20 min walk. You can also use tb free shuttle or ask reception to order you a taxi. If you rent a scooter, even better.

Lovely island villas with awesome views overlooking the surf.

The villas are lovely, perched on top of the hill overlooking the surf breaks and the town. Loved the dipping pool and the stairs down to town. We also like access the Ohanas Beach Club and the shuttle that takes you back and forth between the villas and town.

There isn't anything i didn't like. As described, these are luxury villas with some island funk. Don't expect a 4-5 stat resort. Expect, lovely island villas. If you don't want stairs, this is not the place for you. It's on a hillside with stairs to be to each villa. These villas are also not in town, so don't expect to walk out your door to the beach or town. If you rent scooters, you will have no problem. The free shuttle also takes you into town.

Not bad but I would not rent it again

The location close to the beach is good. The villa was okay - looked like on the pictures. As a bonus you get free access to Ohana pool club with shuttle, which is nice

There was a field of rubbish next to it, many mosquitoes (that was not a big deal - I know we are in Asia, can happen) and we were kind of surprised that nobody wanted to help us with luggages on our check-out (with all the stairs it was not that great). In my opinion the villa should be way cheaper for what it is and the service

We had an excellent family holiday to celebrate a milestone birthday

Breath taking views. Very comfortable. Stairs a shock but that’s how you get the views. Pool and courtyard excellent. 3 very comfortable bedrooms each with ensuite. Lots of day beds to relax on. Bonus shuttles and access to O’Hannas to give the family the resort feel missing in a private villa.

Lovely location on the island. Friendly people

No warning when booked that there were on going building works on a neighbouring villa. We were informed on arrival that no power tools would be used outside certain hours.. this was simply not true and when I messaged reception things quietened but the issue was not addressed & my comments were simply ignored. Even a simple apology or offer of a bottle of complimentary wine would have gone a long way. Special relaxing big birthday was a bit spoiled by this.

A comfortable stay in a good location

The villa was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The view from the balcony was pretty, and the plunge pool was a refreshing way to cool off in the heat. You can walk down the stairs and along the beach to get to town, or rent a motorbike and it’s only a few minutes drive down the hill.

Lovely stay

The staff -the front desk incharge was very helpful and professional too. He made sure to make our stay the best we could ask for . The house keeping department (a big shout out to their team ). The view is unbelievable and awesome . I sat with a cup of coffee at my villa deck and watched the sunrise .

beautiful villas, we stayed in villa Tinggi and Villa Luar Biasa, both fantastic with amazing views, very spacious, small pools but enough to have a dip and a cool down. the staff although we never really needed their help, were very polite and always around if you needed someone, they were more than willing to help if needed. very close to bars and restaurants and beach, amazing place

nothing aqua Nusa was amazing but just a note that if you have trouble with steps, it is a 193 steps down to beach and 193 steps back up to the villa, so if you have any issues walking or knee problems, then this could be an issue but that is not Aqua Nusa fault, its just something to keep in mind

Aqua Nusa were great, they arranged our pick up from the ferry straight to our room. Our room was amazing, the view over the island really was breathtaking. Pool was great. Location was great, lots of stairs to get to some of the restaurants directly below or you could use the free shuttle service. Couldn't fault anything!

Amazing villa, secluded and huge space for 2 people to relax and unwind. Private pool is a hit, however the view is just spectacular. Staff over and behind and excellent with any help needed. Long stairs to get the hustle and bustle so take this in mind with booking
