The property was location was perfect. Views were amazing both sunrise and sunset.
The team were fabulous and were more than happy to help with any requests.
It is at the top of the hill and yes the stairs are a bit of a workout going back up but requesting transport is no problem

Great location overlooking Jungutbatu beach, steps straight down from the Villa to the beach. Staff very helpful and friendly, helped arranging taxi to/from hotel and scooter rental....Thank you for the honeymoon display on arrival! Accommodation felt bigger than the photos made it look.
Couple of items screwed to the wall (small towel rack and fan) were loose, but other than that everything was great!

The villa isn’t exactly like the front photo.
But great location, we used lounge as a second bedroom.
Loved the villa, staff amazing, short work to beach (many stairs) but easy to get a taxi (truck) back.

The staff were very friendly and approachable. Gede was very understanding and kind.
Misled by the photos online - we had a view of the roof below and a very distant sea view after the roof. No other pool facilities other than a very deep and small plunge pool in the villa.
