Views are fantastic!

This was our second stay here. We returned after our visit to Gili Air. We chose a different room, which was a bit cheaper than the one we had booked previously. This room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. We love the swimming pool and staff are very friendly. They organised all our ferries to the other islands. Walking into town involves about 200 steps down. Be prepared for the walk up again or get a taxi. Some of the restaurants offer free transport if you organise it with them.

Our ferry back from Gili Air was cancelled at the last minute due to bad weather and so we lost one night accommodation, which was not refunded.

Stunning views, great location and super helpful staff <3

Absolutely loved our stay! I went with a friend - it was a very last minute trip and we were stoked we found availability in suvch a great place! Despite de fact the hotel is on the hill (and we don't ride scooters), our stay was not affected at all - there are stairs that takes you straight to were the restaurants are at the harbor area, and often we would get one of the "taxis" they had in town to get back up at night :) Also recommend renting the electric bikes at the Tamarind, at least for one full day, so you can go around the whole island(s).

Amazing stay! Highly recommend

Excellent location, divine infinity pool with the best view, gorgeous staff. Restaurant was adequate though. Amazing views but a missed opportunity as the food was ok. Better restaurants but I’d still choose to stay here as the place was perfect.

Lots of stairs to get down to beach but it was good exercise and worth it for the views. There are no gojeks on the island you need a scooter to explore.

The view is the best on the island. The pool is amazing looking out over the beach and the restaurant food is great and the staff are so happy and friendly

Amazing views, spectacular inpool and fantastic staff.

What a perfect location to stay on Lembongan with an amazing view. All the staff were so helpful with all my questions before arrival and during our stay, helping to organise trips etc. The pool is a great place to hang out, though we also had our own personal rooftop area with spectacular views ( deluxe double room). The room was lovely. Big, nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. A good cold fridge to store drinks in. Reasonable food at the restaurant next door. It's on the hill so a walk down to town by easy access to steps through the blocks next door. About 200 steps! But once you're down you can go either into town or to the lovely little beach where you can swim out to the surf. Highly recommend Nilas Warung for a feed. Highly recommend staying here if the price matches your budget

Perfect spot for our vacation.

Service was excellent. Such warm friendly people working in both the restaurant and the hotel. By far the most breathtaking view on the island. A real retreat to come back to. We had a family into connecting room which was superb for my husband and I and our teenage son. The restaurant food was pretty good. Loved the hot chips and Angela burger.

Amazing! Highly recommend! Just like the photos!

Loved everything! After a rough ferry ride, the hotel staff member saw that I was not feeling well when checking in and immediately did everything they could to make sure I was okay and be able to enter my room earlier than anticipated. This caring attitude immediately created a great first impression for me. Staff were super polite and nice as well, helping with luggage. The view is the best part of the hotel, overlooking the ocean. The rooms were super clean, bed was comfortable and AC was strong and worked well. The restaurant upstairs also brings you food and drinks upon ordering directly to the pool which made it relaxing and hassle free. Everything was great! If I was to return to Nusa Lembongan in the future, I would definitely stay at Jenggala Hill again.

The wifi generally on the island could have been better. I was initially worried about how I was going to get around the island, but the hotel has scooters you can rent and also tuk tuk taxi that takes you everywhere on the island. I did not overly enjoy the island itself but thankfully Jenggala Hill was amazing and I could spend most of my time in the hotel and restaurant. If it was not for the hotel, view, JResto service and staff, I would have probably cut my stay at Nusa Lembongan short. Amazing hotel!!!

Awesome

Very nice view of Mt. Agung! Also rented a motor bike from them and used it to go around the island! Overall, we enjoued our stay and would recommend for a stay if you like to relax in a quiet place with a stunning view!

The view is absolutely perfect. The pool incredible. The air conditioning was cold. The staff super helpful. I felt like I was on a cloud. Great restaurants just below down the hill, a short walk to hire a board to surf playgrounds, Spring spa is just below and I had the best massage of my life there.

A great place to stay with great pool and views

A very great place to stay on the island. It is localized on a hill - which offers a great view from the pool, restaurant and some of the bungalows. The bungalows are nice. Bed is comfortable, there is a tea stastion, a safe and everything you need. There is a great restaurant upstairs, they have good food and drinks. The staff is very nice and helpful. We loved the infinity pool! Great water and nice views! There are stairs to the beach below, it's 10-15 minutes walk. There are shops and restaurants there. The hotel organizes activities, trips and transport from and to a ferry ( about which we did not know when we came by a taxi).

The only thing :we did not really appreciated sweeping at 5.30 am next to the bungalows, which woke us up. If you have a problem with climbing stairs, consider taking taxi to the beach. There could be more light in bungalows at night. It seemed a bit dull. Don't keep to much food in a bulgalow - it can attract ants - normal thing in this climate though.

The location was unbeatable and the view was breathtaking. Rooms were neat and tidy the beds were super comfortable.

Great location, extraordinary view, friendly staff

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always a smile. The room was comfortable and clean. Great bathroom and shower. The location was excellent, with an amazing view but also a short walk to the main beach and town area. The grounds were lovely, with lots of green and an infinity pool overlooking the ocean view.

Gorgeous views, peaceful and quiet!

Gorgeous views! Staff were very accommodating and organised a scooter, snorkeling trip and transfers for us. On site restaurant was very nice. Family room was excellent.

Comfortable Stay with Stunning Views

I stayed five nights here while diving and had a really comfortable stay. The hotel is up on a hill, so it’s a bit of a walk to the village, but you can easily rent a motorbike from the hotel. The villa was clean and cozy, the bed very comfortable, and the pool was perfect for cooling off. And the view—absolutely amazing

Great stay - would highly recommend

We loved Jenggala Hill. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. The gardens and pool are beautifully kept and the place feels like an oasis above the bustle of Jungut Batu. Stunning view from the infinity pool. Restaurant good and reasonably priced if we didn't feel like venturing further afield for meals.

The view was amazing. The pool area relaxing. Everything clean and tidy and the food was good.

The bathroom had stepping pavers with pebbles in between. They need more stepping pavers as it’s not easy to step over without hurting your feet.

Lovely hotel

Staff were really great and helpful, supported us with renting a golf buggy and organised a snorkeling trip). Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool and view were incredible, with a short walk (lots of stairs!) to the beach. Restaurant on site was good to have.

I hadn't appreciated/realised that the family rooms were accessible only via the outside, so in effect we're two separate rooms albeit in the same cabin. We were uncomfortable leaving our young kids alone like that with doors unlocked, so we ended up splitting up.

Great rooms for families that inter connected. Staff at restaurant very friendly. All staff friendly. Pool great. Amazing views. Bike needed for location but that didn't bother us. Nice and small. Highly recommended

Loved Jengalla Hill. The peace, ambience, cottages, staff and restaurant next door with lovely young staff.

Be aware that there are steps down to bathroom. And also either steps back up the hill from restaurants along water ( or a $10 taxi). But we didn’t mind.

You cannot beat the view. Handy having a restaurant with even better view. Rooms were very nice. The gardens were beautiful. Staff were helpful.

I would have loved a massage or spa service offered but unable. The tv didn’t have many channels or hard to work for some down time out of the sun. Breakfast not included.
