Amazing relaxing time at Villa Atas, host was amazing defiantly going back.

The view over the bay was amazing.

The bathroom was great, one little thing was the shower pressure and low shower head.

They were helpful with arranging day trips, offering advice on where to go and just always so pleasant and lovely to chat with!

We absolutely loved our stay at villa Atas! Everything about villa atas was perfect. The two caretakers Juni and Arim made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable The location and view is perfect just a short walk to a main part of town. Will definitely be going back!

Amazing views in paradise

The villa was clean and well maintained. Arim and Juni were such great hosts, meeting us at boat and organising snorkeling tour and helping with organising transport to dinners/beach clubs. The villa is high on the hill, which has the best views on the island. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back again.

Super Villa - Super Managers

Everything about the villa was amazing. Arim and Juni are such lovely guys that helped us with anything we needed. Even taking us down on their scooters with our luggage to catch our boat back to Bali. Arim arranged to get our washing done which was delivered to us in our villa and beautifully clean. The view from the villa........AMAZING!!! So lovely to wake up in the morning, open the bedroom doors to look out to the ocean paradise 😍

On our 2nd day a couple of guys moved into the villa above us and were quite noisy. Arim and Juni did speak to them and they were much quieter after that.

Paradise with a view

The view is world class and just a walk away to surf breaks and an amazing selection of eateries! The pool was a welcome refresher after climbing the stairs! The villa staff Arim and Juni were amazing. They even cleaned the villa twice a day to maintain cleanliness from the dust caused by nearby construction.

The views are just amazing and made for a wonderful relaxing stay. Whilst there are quite a few steps up to the villa it was good exercise and the views were definitely worth it. We also loved the proximity to some of the best restaurants as well as to Lago beach.

Not having a full wall between the bedrooms was not ideal, but ok for a family group. Also not having a/c in two of the bedrooms, although the fans are good. The freezers weren’t fantastic so ice was a bit hit and miss.

Incredible views to wake up to and to relax while watching the sunset.

Incredible view looking over the bay, open plan style living and the villa hosts were really lovely and happy to help with any questions or requests we had. There are a lot of stairs to access the property but we knew this before we came and if anything it helped us stay fit from all the delicious food on the island. Once again the view was literally incredible and worth the steps and the construction noise.

We were told the night before about construction next door, it’s Bali so we are used to this but half the villa was boarded up meaning lack of light and air on one side and this really should’ve been mentioned on the booking site because it def seems like it wasn’t an overnight decision. That being said we were offered two motorbikes to use for our stay and these helped us escape and explore the island when it was too loud.

Stunning views, close to beach and bars

The views were stunning and great location to the beach, along with bars and restaurants. Great little private pool.

Being contacted 24hrs before that there were building works going on next door that were obviously no where near finished (20th July 25). We were compensated with a scooter for the duration of our trip, however, you are paying handsomely for the private pool and view. After trying to relax with hammer drills we gave up (daily between 10-5pm), to be fair the owner did refund one night for compensation after we complained. Property managers were really lovely people but seem to arrive unexpectedly and quite a few times during the day, so didn’t not feel that private.

Wow, what a view!

The villa was in an exceptionally beautiful position overlooking the harbour with views of Mount Agung on the mainland. We had the 2 bedroom which was very spacious for us and our teenage son. Arim, one of the managers, even took us for a guided tour of Lembongan and Cenigan with our son riding on the back of his motorbike. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you Arim for your hospitality 😀

Just keep in mind that there are quite a few stairs to walk up if you are a less mobile person.

Amazing place, a true island holiday.

The whole week was excellent. The villa was lovely with the most perfect view of the Volcano and Blue waters of Lembongan. Jakka, the host, was very helpful and an all round great guy, nothing was a problem for him and always available over Whatsapp to help. We just loved our Christmas at Lembongan and 100% better than Bali. This was our second time there and we will return for sure. The villa was older than the others but it was really comfortabe and lovely and cosy, so no complaints at all.

Not much I didnt like, cant really list anything at all. Just make sure you have Cash with you as the ATM's are not very friendly for some international cards.

Great location with fantastic views over the ocean and across to Bali. We loved the plunge pool and the overall vibe. Jakka and Arim were both very helpful

Flawless experience, can't wait to come back

Possibly one of our best stays in Indonesia. We hadn't visited Nusa Lembongan for many years and it's now my favourite destination! The villa is in a spectacular location with amazing views and the access to beaches and restaurants is very convenient. Faultless communication from both the owner and staff members. Nothing was ever a problem and every request was immediately responded to. A flawless experience! Thanks to Lorraine, Jakka and Arim!

The view and the villa was beautiful

The beds were the most uncomfortable we have ever slept in, to the point on the last night we slept on the couch. The shower didn’t work, like stopped working after two minutes and when it did work the temperature was uncontrollable

Location was superb, looking out over the main beach of lembongan. Had a plunge pool at the front with a great view that still allowed privacy.

Fair hike up some stairs getting to the villa which is worth noting in case you are bringing heavy luggage or have any physical issues that would make this difficult.

We didn't get breakfast.

The hot water was sporadic and sometimes didn't work at all. The villa is dated but this didn't really bother us. Some ice cube trays in the freezer would be a good idea.

Sip drinks in a private pool with views over the bay!

You can sit in the private pool with beautiful views over the beach and bay. The caretakers went out of their way to help us with anything we needed, from laundry to kayaks to taxis. A variety of restaurants just down the stairs.

Amazing service!

The staff were amazing and reached out to us as soon as our booking was made. They arranged transfers from the airport to the docks and for our ferry over, and provided really helpful info on where to go from the airport which is so helpful for me! Unfortunately we were not able to travel due to the COVID19 restrictions but the staff were more than accommodating and again so lovely. We will definitely be back and are looking forward to staying!
