There are quite some stairs to climb … not suitable for older travellers

- amazing staff that took care of us the whole time - the views over the water and Bali - close to Lago a very nice small resort - has its own cave beach - big swimming pool

The rooms were open at the top in the house we stayed in: Vila Cara (not all villas they have are like this), but we picked it for the views and the nice terrace so we knew how it will be. For a very close family or very good friends is great, as there is not much privacy and you can hear everything from each other. It is also nice because the airco reaches at a nice temperature and not so cold, so there are also advantages.

The View and the secret cave

This is by far the best accomodation we have stayed in during all our trips to Bali & the islands. We had Villa Sofia at the top and it was so spacious and clean with great showers which i appreciate. The view from this veranda will take your breath away and we loved sitting here having a drink and watching the boats. Yunika & Gilli organised our lives every day from breakfast on our balcony to transport, day trips and dinner reservations. They were beyond amazing. It’s a quick walk around a little track to Coconut beach which is gorgeous and you can also walk to Tamrind Beach which we didn’t manage to get to. There are many steps so this may be an issue for you some people but it was absolutely worth it for the views, the hospitality and the pool. If you like padel there is a court which is a 500 metre walk. We will be back as soon as we can
