Villa was as described and pictured. Contained enough crockery, linen for our family of 6. Fresh filleted water. Plenty of towels

We loved both the villa and Lembongan, it's a perfect island getaway.

This villa is every bit as good as it looks in the pictures. Perfectly located for both the main beach and lovely "Coconut Beach" around the corner, and a range of great bars and restaurants. The staff are faultlessly friendly, helpful and easy to contact.

A little piece of island heaven

It was in an amazing location overlooking the beach. The pool was lovely with sunbeds surrounding it. The staff were always helpful. It was within walking distance to a lot of resturants and things to do. The villas were extremely spacious and the A/C worked brilliantly. There are a lot of stairs to get to your room, so if you can't walk stairs this is not the place for you. It was quiet in the evenings except one where a band was playing nearby but they stopped by 10pm. They do not do dinner as there are so many places surrounding them, you are spoilt for selection.

A true island stay, relax and do nothing in true island style or go adventuring to see the islands and the ocean.

Location is spectacular. Villa nimber 1 is a 30 second walk down to the beach. Breakfast included was delicious. Pool is fabulous overlooking the beach and ocean. Staff were very helpful and acvomodating.

AC in bedroom 1 could be slightly cooler.

The views and location

Communication to roof works that commenced and occurred during our stay was poor and caused concern for privacy. The Libv in front of us had roof work commence the day after we arrived, our view then consistent of tarps on roof and local trades people on the roof until the end of our stay, reducing our privacy. This also caused concern as one night we returned home to find a very strong smell in our villa which was similar to string body odour, after getting security to our villa to advise of concerns and obtaining a key to lock the door to my 17/20 y.o daughters bedroom door for extra security at night (bedroom door wasn’t provided with key for locking) we then found the fabric libv guide on bench was permitting the very strong odour. Security removed the book for us & this was replaced the following day.

Amazing stay thanks to an amazing staff!

It all started with being picked up from the ferry by the staff. The service is impeccable as the staff will help with everything (recommendations, arranging for drivers, etc.). The villa has a beautiful view over the beach, the ocean and in the back Bali. The breakfast & food in general was very good (enough choice as well). We highly recommend this place when you are staying on this island. Especially thanks to the staff.

Memorable and relaxing

Udi!! Such an amazing guy, he totally made our stay. Pool was quiet and we only shared with 1-2 other families. Location is incredible. Room beautiful and specious.

The stairs! We were right up the back in Villa 10 but we’d still do it again. Just wish they would put fly screen in the open truss at the front to stop the mozzies.

Great location and view from villas

Great location, walking distance to great cafes, restaurants, beaches and surf breaks. Villa 9 has incredible views of the ocean!

I understand that all the villas are not the same and that some are more modern than others. Villa 9 is a 2 bedroom one but in need of an update. The mattresses were sagging and not comfortable and the villa appeared to be very dated, dark and old. A lot of money for what it is compared to other properties near by. I guess you’re paying for the view but we wouldn’t stay there again.

Beautiful

The location and view is perfect and the service was incredible. We were given so many local tips and had all our transfers to the island and snorkelling organised effortlessly through the staff.

Bathroom not mosquito proof but bug spray is provided.

Lembongan is the best

Location from fast ferry to room is literally metres away. Views, size of villa was enormous, we were Villa 10, the birds and wildlife.

Food at the in house cafe was below par. Other than that - everything was extraordinary.

We had a great stay and would happily return!

Great location with a spectacular view. Villa was spacious and clean and comfortably accommodated 4 adults and 2 children with lots of storage in bedrooms. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful throughout the trip - booking restaurants, collecting us from boat transfer etc. The pool area had a really nice vibe and never felt crowded. We really appreciated the complimentary drinking water.

We stayed in villa 10 so there were A LOT of stairs. On hot days we were very thankful for our plunge pool. The villa was beautifully decorated but cupboards and fixtures were quite tired and in need of refurbishment. Breaky was nice but portions were on the smaller side for my husband and kids eg, banana pancakes was one pancake. We felt it was a touch overpriced but hopefully that money is going to local staff and not lining pockets of foreign owners.

Perfectly located with great staff and a wonderful, spacious villa for a family stay.

Absolutely amazing staff, so attentive! The villa was very spacious, the view spectacular. We stayed in villa 6, which had the perfect distance/steps to the main pool area and view. I believe the last villa high up is just underneath Jenggala Hill Hotel which we visited next. We dipped in our private plunge pool, but were more often down by the bigger shared pool with our three kids. The staff organized a private snorkel tour right off the shore of the hotel for me & my eldest son, it was fantastic! They can also provide direct contact and share prices for surfing lesson, recommend restaurants for ordering, etc.

I think the breakfast was too small (for example 1 pancake, pay extra for another single one) but I am a big morning person, so a fruit platter + that single one won‘t be enough for me. Also, not the hotel‘s fault but comes with location: morning prayers from mosque were rather loud at sunrise 6amish and the bar next door had live music until 10pm.
