Aquavista Ceningan

We had the most amazing 4-night stay at Acquavista Cenigan earlier this month. The location is excellent, a short taxi ride from the Yellow Bridge (or 20 min walk if your luggage isn't too heavy :-)) As the photos very accurately show, the Villa is so beautiful and spacious; very comfortable and relaxing for 5 friends. From the pool and seafront terrace you have sweeping, 180 degree views across the lagoon towards Lembongan, with the Yellow Bridge to the right and the distant waves breaking at the entry to the lagoon on the left. We loved watching the seaweed farmers tend their plots in the lagoon right in front of us each day. We were surrounded by many good restaurants and little supermarkets, all within easy walking distance, and the food was of a very good standard and variety (no Bali belly here!). The best aspect of the Villa were the 2 wonderful staff, Yuli and Yuni, who were so warm and friendly. They looked after us perfectly and communicated very well from the moment we landed at Denpasar, checking arrival times and making sure we were clear about where to meet at the Yellow Bridge. They also cooked us a delicious and generous breakfast each morning: eggs as you like them, or pancakes; toast; tea and coffee; orange juice and a range of delicious fruits. Yuli and Yuni were also very helpful in suggesting and arranging activities such as a day tour of Lembongan, and boat/snorkelling tours too if you wish, at very reasonable prices. We would not hesitate to stay at this wonderful Villa, especially if Yuli and Yuni are there to welcome us again. Thank you both for a fantastic holiday!

Love the space and love the location

Our trip was cancelled, and we couldn’t rebook one of the dates. The manager lied to us and said that the payment was not received but the trip was cancelled 2 days before the money was due and all credit card details were correct. They then let the other guests that booked our date stay past checkout time and we were stuffed around.

We had the most amazing stay here, from the moment we booked, the communication from ketut was phenominal. Truely goes above and beyond for his guests. He arranged our fast boat transfers, collected us from the yellow bridge, arranged for scooter hire, snorkeling trip and ensured that our stay was the most amazing experience. The staff were brilliant, so lovely. I loved that when we forst arrived, they asked what time we would like to have breakfast, explained that they would be here to prepare at a set time, would tidy up then leave so that we had our own space, but if we needed anything we just needed to message on whatsapp. This level of care was really appreciated. Now, for the actual villas. This was incredible from the photos, BUT it has had a major renovation and now is absolitely SUPERB! the rooms are so crisp and clean, the decor is stunning, simple and has plenty of discreet powerpoints. Amazing aircon in the rooms and the bathrooms are semi outdoors and hav ethe most beautiflu gold fittings and are just such an amazing vibe. There is a covered lounge, dining area that overlooks the infinity pool. The view is INCREDIBLE. You are right in the water - with views of lembongon, the yellow bridge and out to the sea- the sunset views are STUNNING. You have a cafe at the top of the drive, Le Pirate (for dinner and cocktails) next door and lots of restaurants close by that are on the waters edge also - This is a hidden gem - we will be back

I liked almost everything about this property. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and A/C was super cold. Bed was comfy. Location was awesome with bars and shops close by.

The only one thing that I didn't like was the pool had no shade all day and the water was a little warm for my liking. Sitting in the pool would have been more enjoyable with some shade.

This place is Fabulous! Besides the Beautiful Rooms and Amazing Sea views, the Family is Completely Amazing. So helpful, funny and kind! I’ve only been gone 1 day and missing it so much! Chilled and at the same time Spectacular. Thanks for having me stay. Wishing the family and community all the Best. Will definitely return.🌸

Absolutely NOTHING!

Just a perfect little oasis looking over the fascinating seaweed farms. made is the perfect host relaxed and the transfer from Sanur boat then transfer was seamless. Fantastic communication throughout . Villas so sweet with great air on & fridge which is a bonus in the heat. Kettle & toiletries provided. the view is stunning. I would say you need a bike to really enjoy the island which I don't like so feel we missed quite a bit of scenery. Keep this in mind when booking. I would 100 recommend Aqua

We had the most beautiful relaxing stay at Aqua Vista thanks to the amazing hosts & villa! They put so many special touches into our room, help with transport & luggage, lovely breakfast, scooter hire, & Made took us out fishing & told us where to get our fish locally prepared for lunch. The pool & view was amazing with lots of loungers & chairs to relax at the property. Lots of cool waterfront restaurants, beach & a few spas in walking distance (although would recommend a scooter to easily get around & explore both islands). The rooms also had a kettle with tea & coffee plus a fridge with minibar bevvy options which was appreciated

Made was amazing and so helpful with any questions or requests we had.! The accommodation was impeccable and so beautiful we didn't want to leave. Stayed 2 nights and could have stayed for a week. The breakfast was delicious, and the pool was amazing to swim in during the day as well as to watch the sunset. The rooms were beautiful and very romantic. Loved this place, and I will definitely be back!

Oh my god.. where do I start. Made who runs aqua vista is the most incredible / considerate / caring man ever. Our favourite place we have ever stayed in Bali honestly… The most beautiful little 4 villa/ hut accomodation! It was so intimate and quiet ! Yet so close to everything and some really cool spots, but made & his staff they went above and beyond with everything. The rooms were so beautiful, bathrooms so lovely! don’t get us started on the view and when the ocean is high tide… I felt like I was in heaven. Pool over looking the beautiful water / seaweed farms. It made us love chinegen so much more then lambongen thanks to made and his beautiful staff… they made everything so comfortable and easy!! Helped us with all locals spots / transport / bikes and honestly just took the best care of us…. Grateful we left with a friend and not just another host. Fridge stocked with everything you needed, very limited breaky options but we kinda liked that!! Aircon, bits & bobs of toiletries and the beds were so comfy !! It was insane just opening your blinds and waking up here every morning.. we were honestly depressed to leave. Thank you Made from the bottom of our heart, we love you and aqua vista our friend! You know we will be back !!

Ummm everything was perfect …

Made the host and the crew are such a great team. Helped us with transport and info about the island. Close to blue lagoon and the cliff cafes. Just a 15 min walk. Breakfast is yummy. The pool was beautiful. Since it was only 4 chalets it was so quiet.

The view is absolutely amazing, the staff is gentle, the rooms are beautiful and clean.

Safe, clean. quiet with amazing views and location without without a scooter. Made and his team could not have been more helpful and hospitable. They really made our stay easy and extra special. I would definitely come back any time I visit Nusa islands.

We liked everything! Just a note to travellers who like new linen etc, you want your room cleaned, you may have the ask staff as this is not automatically included every day.

Aqua Vista was such a beautiful stay, you literally can't get any closer to the water. Made was an excellent host who helped us with a private snorkel tour, and renting our scooter "Scoopy". Made really set the vibe and created a safe and relaxing environment for us. We had stayed on Lembongan previously but unwinding in the slow nature of Ceninigan was so peaceful and nice. Made made arrangements to have us collected from the fast boat in Lembongan and then came to meet us at the Yellow Bridge for transfers. The rooms were basic but perfect for island life. Great air con and a fridge to keep drinks cold. I would 100% highly recommend a stay here. Breakfast each morning was also good.

Honestly this place was perfect for us. Just be sure to note that the rooms are close together and there is no insulation so could be noisy depending on who your neighbour is.

Great staff. Amazing views. Good breakfast and a nice welcome drink. “Made” really helped us and took care. Good pool that seems like an infinity pool. Overall we had an amazing time and is better than blue lagoon avia villas which 4x expensive.

A little better cleaning of the rooms behind the tables will be nice. Overall room was clean but just area that was not seen was a tadbit less than good.

Whilst we didn't quite realize that the Villas were not located on Nusa Lembongan, but on a smaller island 15mins away, we became grateful for the quietness of the accomodation and the smaller island and island life...

friendly and professional owners, clean and quiet rooms, good wifi, hot water, amazing infinity pool with views, tasty breakfast. Made and Putu organized our transfers to Nusa Penida and helped us with the scooter rental.

The staff were amazing, everything was organised to the tee, nothing was ever too much trouble. Waking up watching the seaweed farm and Mades knowledge was priceless. can’t wait to come back!

Kind hosts helped us with scooter rent and snorkeling trip. banana pancakes were delicious. location was great, many nice restaurants and beach bars nearby.

Fantastic stay at Aqua Vista Villa. The hosts were super accomodating. Sensational views and a beautiful, quiet, and peaceful location. We only stayed one night wish we stayed longer. Will be back.

Made and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Very clean, great location and great value for money. Made was very helpful in organising the boat and relevant transfers. Very responsive on Whatsapp! Would definitely stay again and have already recommended to friends.
