Everything about this property was perfect.

I liked everything about this property.

Such a special quiet property! Very relaxing watching the waves break. Also at times you can watch the turtles swimming below. Food was absolutely delicious and the staff were very accomodating and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Look forward to returning. Thank you!

Um verdadeira experiência de acampar com extremo conforto . Tem ar condicionado na cabana O banheiro privativo é construído atrás da cabana. Vimos tartarugas no mar e sentimos a energia do Devils tear durante na nossa estadia Queria ter ficado mais Meus amigos me agradeceram pelos minha escolha neste hospedagem

Has a nice location overlooking the sea and the bed was comfortable.

Lack of security for the tent. Basically anyone could walk into the property night ..there was no visible security except one security camera in the bar area. A lack of hand towels and face washes. And a shower that sprays everywhere making the bathroom wet and slippery. Watered down body wash. Poor lighting in the bathroom. I wondered how they actually clean the floor of the tent…it’s a fake nylon floor. No kettle or coffee machine in tents or even in the common bar area…you have to wait for staff on-site in the morning to get a coffee or tea. Staff who were untrained in service. It took an hour to get a breakfast order of soft poached eggs cause they didn’t understand what soft poached eggs were..3 attempts..grateful for the disaster meal to be “comped”. When we ordered pre ordered the special dinner in the first night it was brought out as soon as we sat down. No drink and relax offered first.a complete lack of understanding of how to serve guests, upsell offerings. Staff don’t come around to ask if you want a drink or anything while you are by the pool…missing opportunities The restaurant bar closes very early..impossible to get a drink or anything after 830pm. No Bintang beer available for 2 of our 3 days.
