Perfect family oasis!

The villa is beautiful, the pool is clean, a great size and the facilities are lovely! What we loved even more though was the staff, Andy, Farid and the rest of the team were absolutely wonderful in taking care of me and my family, no request was too much trouble and they were so helpful with recommendations and coordinating of services! When we arrived, it was very hot, we had two little kids with us and there was another big group checking in, instead of making us wait at reception to do the formal check in, they took us straight to our villa so we could get my baby down for a nap and the rest of us could cool off in the pool - this really impressed us from the get go. The breakfast was better than expected, it’s only a short walk to mushroom beach which is great for swimming and our only dislike is that we did not stay longer - we will definitely be back to Karang Island Villa - thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Quiet place close to Mushroom Beach

Very nice villa in the hills of Nusa Lembongan in a very quiet place on a 5 min walk from the Mushroom Beach. Excellent beds with very large rooms and bathrooms. Super helpful team providing great service. They also have their own shuttle service which comes very handy when you want to go to main beach or somewhere else. They also have a small shop inside the complex.

Could be expericenced as a bit isolated.

Limited hot water - I had cold showers most days. Pillows were too firm, with no alternatives as all pillows were the same.

Loved the location, quiet spot right next to mushroom beach which was great for swimming and restaurants. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Villa cleaned beautifully each day and breakfast arrived each morning and was great. Lucky to have transport around island available if needed and small store onsite.

The property was much smaller than the one in the photo as we had 2 bedrooms only. It was well appointed although the pool is very near the bedrooms so couldn’t leave the kids in their own bedrooms, so we had to sleep with one child each. The kitchen + the lounge were separated.

Pool too close from the bedrooms when younger kids. The lounge and the kitchen not being together. Not enough hot water running though. For us, considering it was our 3rd time in Lembongan it was okay to travel around in the motorbikes otherwise it’s quite secluded and “far” from the main points of interest.

A relaxing and beautiful stay in this little corner of Nusa Lembongan.

Highly recommend Karang Island Villas. Especially for the staff who go above and beyond to accommodate every need (thanks Andi and team!). The villas were comfy and private, and the pool was lovely (and necessary in the heat). Kitchen and bathrooms are a tiny bit rundown (but relative to price bracket) but this is really not an issue as all our time was spent either exploring the island or lazing by the lovely pool area. Bedrooms were lovely too - lots of space and nice big beds. Overall it is the staff that make the place and we couldn't have had better hosts. Special shout out to Farid who taxi'd us around everywhere with a huge smile and great local knowledge!

The villas are a little bit out of the way but this was actually a plus for us. We are still talking 5-10 minutes in a taxi to get anywhere - and there are several great restaurants within walking distance. If you want more of the hustle and bustle though then suggest going down to the main beach area. But for us this was like a little jungle oasis after our missions out. Nowhere is very far on this island and it's super fun to see all the different knooks and cranny's on trips out.

Beautiful villa, delicious breakfasts, friendly team looking after the guests!

The property itself was beautiful and even though we had crazy weather the staff kept the place perfect! The staff were absolutely wonderful and did everything they could to assist with any requests. The property was a very short walk to Mushroom bay, we rented bikes and utilised the villas taxi service to get to other places :)

Lovely decor in Balinese style - very new and clean. Great location - under 10 minutes walk to Mushroom Bay. Lots of great restaurants a couple of minutes away. Lovely , friendly, helpful staff. Thoroughly recommended.

I miei due giorni a Lembongan.

Bellissima la struttura, avevamo la villa con due camere da letto, la piscina privata, un area cucina e pranzo in comune e anche un area salotto/tv in comune spaziose, pulite, comodissime. La colazione portata in villa ogni mattina era un plus. Possibilità di noleggiare in loco gli scooter Personale estremamente cortese e disponibile. Camere rifatte ogni giorno.

Dichtbij Mushroombeach, prachtige villa, lieve mensen zeker een aanrader!

We kregen een welkomstdrankje en hierna werden we naar de villa gebracht. Je voelt je erg welkom.

De wifi was niet top, maar was op het hele eiland niet geweldig. Bij veel gelegenheden kan je op hun wifi, maar dat werkt niet top. Je eigen netwerk gebruiken, werkt ook niet geweldig.

Fijne villa in rustig gedeelte van Nusa Lembongan

Villa met klein zwembad in een rustig gelegen gedeelte van Nusa Lembongan. Lopend ben je zo op Mushroom Beach en bij diverse restaurantjes. Ontbijt wordt elke ochtend naar wens gebracht door de medewerkers van de villa. Ook is er een klein winkeltje (zeer handig voor drinken en snacks). Via de villa hebben wij fietsen gehuurd om het eiland te verkennen. Dit is te doen, maar houdt er rekening mee dat de wegen soms slecht zijn en het ook zeer steile heuvels zijn. Via de villa kun je echter ook een taxi regelen om heen en terug naar bv Jungutbatu beach te brengen. Klamboe bij bedden was prettig, ook de airco werkte goed.

2 ligbedjes bij het zwembad was voor een 4 persoons huisje wat weinig. Het zwembad was leuk, maar erg klein en bevatte veel chloor. De badkamer heeft geen ramen, maar openingen. Hierdoor toch wat muggen in de badkamer.

Nice villa

We verbleven met onze twee kleine kinderen in de villa met 2 slaapkamers. De villa is van alles voorzien. Ook Andi is supervriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Het ontbijt kan beter door bijvoorbeeld vers fruit aan te bieden. Het is nu wat karig voor de prijs. Ook de locatie is wat ver van voorzieningen wanneer je met kinderen reist. Maar de villa biedt wel (tegen betaling) een taxi service aan gelukkig.

Het was in 1 woord fantastisch, we willen terug!

Heel schoon, goede bedden, heerlijk zwembad, fijne badkamer met alle benodigdheden, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, we zijn met pijn in ons hart vertrokken. Er zit een winkeltje voor de villa en een lekker restaurantje pal ernaast.

Het ontbijt is smakelijk maar niet heel uitgebreid. Als tip geven we het plaatsen van een ventilator boven de eettafel om hinderlijke vliegen te verjagen.

Villa très sympa tranquille et agréable à 5 minutes à pieds de Mushroom bay

Pas de perte de temps pour deux nuits en arrivant à Mushroom bay avec Tanis. À droite de la plage un escalier permet de couper au plus cours vers la villa. Sur place il y a une épicerie et la location de Scooter la plus simple et rapide jamais vue: un billet en cash = des clefs, et ça y est je roule… La villa a deux grandes chambres avec salles de bain. Piscine très propre. P’tit dej aux petits oignons 🧅 ( la traduction automatique va ramer) Tout le monde super gentil. Je recommande sans retenue .

Leuke villa, vriendelijke medewerkers

Hele aardige mensen , ontbijt kon je kiezen van de kaart en werd op je kamer gebracht, dat was prima, lekker zwembad en mooie villa . Je hebt wel een scooter nodig want anders ben je afhankelijk van hun chauffeur, die brengt en haalt je maar het ligt best afgelegen. Jammer dat ze geen lunch of diner serveren. Prijs / kwaliteit kon iets beter, vond het vrij prijzig voor wat er aanwezig was, wat erg fijn is, is het kleine supermarktje wat ze erbij hebben.
