Disgusting

Parking as we had a roof rack

The bathrooms were filthy. Reeked with pee smell. Absolutely disgusting. We checked in late so we couldn’t be bothered to ask for another room because we had 3 very tired kids. Luckily we had to get 2 rooms for us and so we all used the less smelly bathroom! We stayed at the residence by Marriott in Belgium for less than what we payed for this!!

Almost perfect to stay

Very kind and professional employees. Nice and quiet location. Bright enough to read books at room. Great breakfast. Decent price.

Need to deposit in case of damages hotel properties. Probably, it is due to my credit card company but I had to wait for 1 week after check out to find my refund... Otherwise, everything was perfect.

We travelled here in summer and was given an attic room which was extremely hot. The airconditioning was not working sufficient .

Very good value for money for families

Very good hotel for the price performance ratio. Basic necessities and clean rooms. Adjacent rooms with a door connection for families. In a relatively good neighbourhood with access to shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is ample free parking available on site.

What can be expected from an Ibis 'roadside' hotel. You'll get all the basics in a compact packaging

What you can expect from these kinds of hotels. Breakfast is ok but watch out with the eggs, for some reason they display raw eggs next to the cooked ones.

Cardboard walls. Next door neighbors arrived after 1 'o clock at night and were very noisy. The thin walls obviously didn't help.

Flexible check-in times

We missed our check in at our other accommodation due to being stuck in traffic in Switzerland for 2 hours. Ibis allows for check-in at any time, even middle of the night, so glad we could stay here. Also forgot my watch after checkout but the staff found it for me and I could pick it up later. While writing this I realize we also forgot our own pillows we brought.😅

€68 is a bit expensive for a late night check in. There was a very subtle but pugnant smell in our room, we think it came from the floors. Either something bad was used to clean or it was a previous guest with very smelly feet. We slept for a few hours and hit the road again so couldn't be bothered with changing rooms.

Disappointing. Let down the good name of IBIS.

The restaurant staff did as well as possible. She was very polite and attentive.

There is an appalling lack of staff. The evening menu was almost non-existent and did not even offer the high-lighted options stated in the room literature. The main course was, frankly, disgusting. The fish was undercooked and soggy. We had driven all day and were looking forward to a relaxing stop-over in this IBIS HOTEL just as we have experienced in many other IBIS HOTELS on our regular journey from UK to Italy. To cap it off, we had a coffee in the foyer the following morning and making our exit with bags in hand were TOLD by reception to take the empty cups through to restaurant!!! ……..No, we won’t be stopping at this IBIS again.
