Comfortable, great location and room.

Location, big rooms, easy access

Had an issue with the hot water at the room but they managed to get a solution the day after. I had made the remark the same day we arrived but it was late at night and they did not send a person to check.

Size of the room (not too spacious but not too tight, just right for a family). Comfortable bed. Free and safe parking. Quiet place.

Friendly, polite and helpful staff, spacious, clean room, quiet location, good breakfast, convenient for eateries nearby, good for park and ride into Strasbourg.

Extractor fan in the bathroom very noisy and made bathroom cold. Safety rail inside shower was slightly loose. We could have reported it and I'm certain it would have been sorted. However it didn't bother us and we mentioned it when we left.

Excellent location, comfortable free parking, good breakfast, very friendly staff. We didn't need room service and that's why we got free drinks instead. Rather spacious room, very quiet, comfortable beds, electric kettle in the room.

Nice for stay overnight

Easy booking, simple, quick & not complicated. Hotel open 24 hour, suit for travellers who arrived late and needed to stay overnight. Room is small but good, clean & bed is comfortable. Big parking space and safe.

No facilities in the room, Breakfast was little disaster, people waited for the foods to come out from the kitchen. Only one personal took care everything, serving, cleaning etc.

No restaurant for dinner and the garden and pool looked very run down compared to when we stayed before. Breakfast was average. The surrounding area in the street looked very rough and didn’t seem safe

The outside of the property, particularly the rear gardens area is run down with rusty furniture. Also location is quite out of the way at the end of a cul de sac and is not the kind of area I would like to walk around in safely.
