Bon séjour de 2 nuits

- L'emplacement, près de l'arrêt de tram pour aller au centre ville rapidement. - chambre spacieuse, propre - piscine - salle de sport - le rapport qualité / prix - j'ai pu faire mon check-in avant l'heure prévu

- pas de distributeur boisson ou autre, car il n'y a pas de bar ni de restaurant, ça aurait été pas mal de pouvoir avoir des encas. - pas de plateau de courtoisie ( café / thé) - le check out 10h c'est légèrement tot, 11h me paraît un peu mieux tout de même. Les autres hôtel c'est 12h en général. - pas l'accès au lounge ( billard / baby foot)

Einrichtungen in Ordnung. Gut für Studenten

Klimaanlage, WLAN, funktioniert nicht. Zimmerkanäle mit Toilettenpapier bedeckt. Hundehaare im Bett. Überall Staub. Sie müssen wiederholt darum bitten, dass Frühstücksartikel wieder aufgefüllt werden. Apathisch an der Rezeption. Dies ist bestens ein Drei-Sterne-Hotel. Nicht für Geschäftsreisende geeignet.

War ein angenehmer Aufenthalt - gern wieder! 😊

Freundliche & hilfsbereite Angestellte. Relativ geräumiges, sauberes Appartement mit grossem Bad (mit behindertengerechter Dusche) und Küchenzeile. Gut genächtigt, da Hotel und damit Bett noch recht neu sind (2025). Effektive Klimatisierung (okay, war Januar..), gut gedämmte Fenster, nur die Wände sind etwas dünn (Geräusche aus Nachbarzimmer..). Ausreichend kostenlose! Parkplätze vorm Gebäude. Schöne Lage direkt am Rhone-Rhein-Kanal.

Türschliessgeräusche sind leider ziemlich laut und störend in der Nacht. Fön an der Wand befestigt, aber ohne Funktion - konnte an der Rezeption problemlos Ersatzgerät erhalten.

Todo muy nuevo y bien cuidado. La cocina está muy bien equipada. Estuvimos muy a gusto. Hay un par de líneas de tram cerca que nos permitió movernos cómodamente por la ciudad. La calefacción funciona muy bien, siendo muy necesaria en estas fechas. Las instalaciones de piscina, gimnasio y sala común muy cómodas.

Chambre agréable Hôtel très bien équipé avec piscine, salle de sport, espace de travail, … Le tram à proximité est un vrai plus pour se rendre au centre-ville ville de Strasbourg.

Hotel com espaço para melhorias

Camas confortáveis, presença de kitchenette e excelente acessibilidade ao tram. Resolveram o problema dos lençóis fazendo um upgrade de quarto para compensar pelo incómodo. É um hotel recente, pelo que têm muito espaço para melhorias (ver pontos negativos).

Sanitas mal limpas por baixo. Para um hotel de 4 estrelas, não acho admissível este tipo de falhas. Não limpam os quartos diariamente e temos de ser nós a levar o lixo para a rua na altura do check-out. Horários de check-in muito tardios (17h) e check-out muito cedo (10h). Horário da receção muito reduzido: os nossos lençóis tinham uma mancha aparentemente de sangue quando chegámos e a receção já estava fechada para conseguirmos ir pedir para os trocarem; só conseguimos no dia seguinte.

L’agencement et la propreté de la chambre

Le froid dans la chambre. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, j’ai passé la première nuit dans le froid. Le responsable a été très désagréable avec moi au téléphone. Pour lui, absent de l’établissement, ce n’était pas possible car l’hôtel est neuf. Pourtant ses collègues ont constaté le froid dans la chambre. Par manque de chauffage d’appoint, ses collègues sur places ont été bienveillant et m’ont proposé de changer de chambre car les températures chuteraient encore plus dans la nuit. Cela c’est fait le samedi 19h pour un départ le dimanche 9h

Ce hôtel est très loin de transport commun.. en pied c’est pas facile.. J'ai logé 3 nuit à ce hôtel.. 2 soirée sans l'eau chaude.. le personnel m'avait dit que l'équipement est en panne... je suis déçu ! J'ai pas pu de prendre le douche pendant 2 jours !de plus, je lui ai demandé de changer les serviettes, elle m’as promis et jamais fais en réalité ! Les lit est petits, et les 2 lit est pas bien attaché.. ça fait la fente quand je dors seule..

Tappa a Strasburgo in struttura nuova

Albergo in periferia comodo ai mezzi pubblici per raggiungere il centro città. Struttura nuova pulitissima, letti comodi, bagno grande e angolo cottura dotato di tutto quanto anche di macchina caffè Nespresso con 2 cialde! Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità dello staff, parcheggio davanti la struttura. Ci sono anche piscina e palestra che non ho utilizzato.

Heel fijn en goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Alles was nieuw, het hotel was nog maar net open. Fijne kamers met keuken en badkamer, zwembad en fitness. Ook het ontbijt was heerlijk!
