Cleanliness and friendliness of staff

Beds are very uncomfortable. Could not sleep all night. I travel frequently to hotels and this is by far the worst. Also food at restaurant is mediocre.

Good for a short stay

The food was very good at the restaurant. The staff was very kind. Breakfast options were good.

The hotel itself is old. The carpet on the hallways was so old, that had some wrinkles. The carpet of the bedroom had stains. The shower wall had also stains. It is for sure an old hotel. The price is the breakfast I find high… good the food but not for the price.

Great hotel with lovely onsite restaurant and spa. Careful on arrival as we bumped our Car on thebollards.

Excellent staff and lovely onsite restaurant. The pool and spa facilities were very good although you do have to pay extra and book these. Only minutes from the tram and staff have a handy map so we could find our way into Strasbourg.

We arrive at the same time as a very large coach group - which slowed down check in but the hotel can hardly be blamed for this.

Good value & very comfortable stay

Nice big rooms with comfortable beds & good shower. Free parking available & close to public transport, just 20 mins to Strassbourg center. Very clean. Easy checkin/out.

Use of swimming pool should be included in the room tariff. Wish they had a minibar/fridge

Comfortable and clean place to stay

They were friendly, everything was clean and comfortable.

When you choose it as spa hotel you don’t have access to spa area and what is even worse you should somehow know that you need to make reservation, so maybe you are ready to pay but you can’t , no space for you.

Good hotel

The access to the athletic facility was much appreciated.

The hotel said that they were right by the tram station. A 15 min walk in the dark is not right by the train station. Lights are needed. A shuttle is needed.

Nice Spa area.

Blocked money on my card as deposit, where unable to contact their bank and insisted that it is a problem of my bank although it happened with other customers before. Really sad, because when we stayed there they where quite nice.

disappointing stay

it was clean, nice building

This hotel advertise the pool and fitness but actually people below 18 are banned from these facilities. we selected this hotel especially for these facilities and in the end our teens couldn’t even go to the gym or pool and were very disappointed. And the staff of the hotel was extremely aggressive about it and acted as it it was obvious that teens cannot go, while this is mentioned nowhere in the website. And same for the spa, “children/teens” are banned except 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon- very difficult to accommodate in our schedule.

I will not stay there again if I can avoid it, low quality hotel.

Some off the staff was very friendly and helpful, unfortunately that was not the case for all of them.

I was located in the old part of the hotel the bathroom was very old and not clean. It was very difficult to get a drink at the bar as the staff had to cover both restaurant and bar. They closed the bar earlier than announced opening hours and did not want to serve anymore if you complained about that. The breakfast was not good, old bread, not much choice of food.

Exterior and interior were underwhelming, room dirty. Spa access only with speedo like pants that you need to buy extra on top of the entry fee. Spa isnt worth the money. Look of hotel and design is generally old/outdated. Mostly no English amongst service employees. Breakfast selection basic. Not coming back.

Very nice hotel, but too remote from the town centre for us

Lovely hotel, staff were excellent. Very good breakfast. Good secure parking for the motorbike

Very remote - 30 euro to get a taxi to town centre. Had to book a time slot to use the wellness area. Swimming pool was being filled that day so out of use
