Ok for the location. Otherwise disappointing and not great value for money.

The location next to the tram.

Separate bed even though asked for a two-people bed. Bad smell in the room, very dusty and not that clean. Cold and no possibility to change the thermostat. Disappointing breakfast.

Great place

The property is right in front of Colonne tram stop. The staff at the reception was very kind and helpful. The room has everything you need and there are additional equipment at the entrance

The internal parking was full, but it was the New Year’s Eve so I suggest to book it in advance.

Cosy for a few nights and great price with some things to work on.

The apartment was nice. The bed was very big and comfortable, lots of storage space, a window in the bedroom and a window door in the living room. The couch was ok. The bathtub was comfortable and nice. The kitchen was ok. Tram stop immediately outside the apartment complex.

When we entered it smelled very bad of cigarette smell. The kitchen only has a microvawe which is okay for a day or too, an oven would be even better. The bathrooms window has its windowhandle taken off.

Next to the tram station,the young man in the reception was very gentle

We stayed 4 days,the room was never cleaned up,they provided us with only 2 towels for our staying,the room needs renovation

Interesting city.

Perfectly reasonable hotel with not much around it. We ended up eating and drinking four tram stops North in a suburb called Neudorf.

Wifi took half a dozen attempts before it started working for us. The staff were very helpful. A small mixup between a double room and a twin room. Got solved quickly. We got a free upgrade ! Underground garage badly lit. They could so with installing some new bulbs.

Be aware there are codes to get into the building to reception and the car park. Once inside the staff were very nice. Room is basic but clean with amenities provided. No issues with noise. Tram stop just outside for convenient access to the city. Car sat nav had issues getting to the location. No tea/coffee but kettle, cups and spoons were available.

Quiet enough. Pleasant employees. Cleanliness of the room and linen (cleaned and changed towels every other day). Location (very convenient to get to the city center by tram). Sufficient dishes for cooking.

A very expensive breakfast that does not correspond to its filling. A broken bed, a broken window, practically non-working air conditioner, which is very noticeable in the heat of 40 degrees!!! Even after asking for its repair, nothing has changed in its work! Shower gel and liquid soap are pinned to the wall, which is completely inconvenient to use. No slippers. There is a hairdryer, but there is no outlet near the mirror in the bathroom.

- Air conditioner not worked properly for the first 3 night - we reported that every morning, they did something, but only repaired it for the fourth day.. - Matresses were old, bad shaped, not comfort at all - No cleaning during a week long stay - ok, it was stated previously. But not even a small broom in the apartment, no extra bin linen, etc.. - Bonus: We wrote them in our last night that we had bed bugs, they not even answered
