The accomodation was what we expected, it was very good lovation if you need just to stay overnight and do not want to go to the city center. Rooms vere clean, staff nice.

Communication with the staff was good. The staff seemed friendly, but I can't imagine that they are themselves happy with the condition of this hotel. The pictures on their website do not meet the reality in any way.

We travelled from Swittzerland to the Netherlands, so we decided to stay overnight half-way the journey near Strasbourg. For the amount of 144 euro (including breakfast) we ordered two rooms: one for two guests and one for three guests. Both rooms were the same size, which was barely fine for two beds, but way too small for three beds. There was absolutely no space to walk. Although the rooms were clean, they were just very unpleasant to stay in. Very old and dated. Also the beds felt like sleeping on a rock. The breakfast was terrible. We opened a jar of jelly and there was a layer of fungus in it. When we told the staff, they just took the jar away and didn't replace it with a new one or appologize for it. The coffee machine made terrible coffee. We left as soon as we could and got some beakfast in the local supermarket. All in all it was a very disappointing experience, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The food was very good we had breakfast and evening meal. We found the Receptionist on duty in the evening charming and cheerful.

We stayed at this Campanile on the outward and return journey. On the outward journey our room was basic but had no issues. However on return we had Room 28 and did not feel so clean.my husband repaired the hanging curtain, the bed was lumpy, the pillowcase were washed but yellow stains and wreaked of cigarettes smoke. Having driven for 8 hours we were too tired to upheave and request another room.

Hotel unfriendly for disabled person

The room was very quiet and cool. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room which was very welcome. The breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of choice and the meal in the restaurant in the evening was really good and value for money.

The decor was a little tired and the bath had several chips in it but was clean.

We booked 2 rooms for 3 persons: in fact they add a folding bed in the corridor hence it's almost impossible to reach the toilet. 10cm to pass... Same in both rooms.

Empfang immer sehr herzlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sehr sauber. Einige Zimmer sind schon renoviert und wir müssen sagen, mega mega schön. Die Betten sind mega bequem.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Alles wie immer 100 Sterne! 🇫🇷 🌹 🇫🇷 🌹 🇫🇷

L'état de vétusté de la chambre, plusieurs ampoules grillées, douche moisie, émail craqué et manquante dans le fond de la douche, pas de brosse à wc ni de torchon pour s'essuyer les mains et le système de chauffage inefficace

propreté de la chambre (salle de bain vétuste) et problème à la réservation : nous avions réservé une chambre avec lit double et lit simple, il s'est avéré qu'il s'agissait d'un lit d'appoint pour enfant en bas âge ... notre fille a 16 ans ! cela n'était pas mentionné dans le descriptif de la chambre, d'où règlement sur place d'une chambre supplémentaire ce qui n'était pas prévu ! Prix du petit déjeuner 1€00 supplémentaire que ce qui était indiqué sur booking, 12€00 c'était déjà pas mal...
