Lovely staff and great location right next to Strasbourg center. Breakfast was okay.

The rooms are small and so dark, that they give a really bad vibes. The room wasn’t perfectly clean, from what I could see in the darkness. Overall it felt more like a 3 star stay.

Delightful hotel on my whirlwind tour of the Christmas Markets

The hotel was lovely. It was a few blocks from both the Christmas Market (reason for my stay) and a tram stop to the train station. I loved the big "HOTEL" sign off the front. The lobby was tastefully decorated, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating - I arrived early so they stored my luggage for me while I went sight-seeing. The elevator was tiny - enough room for 1 person and their luggage, but that wasn't an issue for me. I was on the top floor and LOVED how the dormer window opened down - which was necessary since the room was overly warm and the temperature controls didn't seem to work to turn off the heat. Whatever, it was fine. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was small but perfectly arranged to make use of space. Also LOVED the heated towel warmer- what a treat!!! There was a minibar and snacks that I didn't take advantage of, but I did end up eating breakfast there - the typical buffet, perfect for my basic needs. Overall, it was truly a lovely stay, I would definitely recommend and happily stay there again.

Clean, centrally located, very good breakfast, friendly staff. I always request a quite room on upper floors. This was one of the rear situations where it was actually provided in advance. Spacious room, quite, facing inside.

Even though my request for early check-in was forgotten, the reception has smoothly arranged for a ready room for me to check in quickly.

The empty conditioner in the bathroom was never refilled during 5 days, unless you request it specifically.

Friendly and well located hotel.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in walking distance of the river and Petit France.

The car park was very difficult to manoeuvre in and out. Access was across the tram lines.

Clean, quiet, comfortable.

The room was small but quiet and clean. The staff were very helpful. The car park was too difficult to get into but the staff gave directions to a nearby car park (Austerlitz) only 3 mins away. The bed was very comfortable.

There could have been some drawers in the room for clothes. The car park was too narrow for our car.

Great location, immaculate room and warm welcome for your 4 legged friend

Great location, immaculate bathroom and room. We traveled with our dog and have been given room with double door which was excellent. There were treats and bowls waiting for him in the room. Receptionist was great to help us to sort out vet appointment for returning to U.K. ( standard vet visit but we don’t speak French). AC was working well in the room and room was quiet and dark at night.

Breakfast isn’t great. It’s small dinning room which gets really noisy with few people in and the coffee machine running. Coffee is really bad - watery and low quality.

Good location, clean & cozy

Small room but cozy, our dog had a nice welcome with a treat! Trams, Bus, cafés, restaurant, grocery stores etc. right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was good, especially the pancakes!

Bathroom was very small but maybe because we were on top, maybe other bathrooms are bigger.

Very pleasant stay in a hotel that is close to all main attactions in the city

Hotel is very well situated, very close to the city center. Beds were very good, bathroom facilities are excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions there were.

One small point of improvement could be to provide some more closet space for clothing etc. Also the lighting in the room was adequate, but could perhaps be a bit better.

Nice, big room, just around the corner from the city center

Room was bigger than expected, as well as the shower. Location was great, just around the corner from the city center. For those who didn't have breakfast option at the hotel (we didn't book it) there is a very nice breakfast place nearby with most tasty croissants.

We traveled with a big car and the parking at the hotel was not so easily accessible. Th parking place itself is quite small, the entry is across a tramway, so can be quite stressful to park properly. This is not a hotel's fault, but one has to be wary of this, especially when travelling with a big car.

2-night stay

The hotel staff was very polite. The location is good, 2 minutes walk from Austerlitz square with plenty of restaurants & bars and from the Austerlitz parking house. Large screen TV in the room comfy bed.

The hotel is on a main street with quite much traffic (cars and tram) which makes the room a bit noisier than optimal.
