Great Location. Secure parking. Excellent staff. Hot weather but the air con worked well and not noisy.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the concierge are very friendly, they even have umbrellas in case of rain and are there to assist with almost everything. Their responses were prompt even later on, when I needed my long-lost invoice. They are very professional. Breakfast choices are diverse, and there is a coffee machine in the room should you need one.

You are within walking distance from the tourist center and attractions but it is a good solid walk. It can be a bit noisy with the outside traffic at hours, but it is not a significant bother. The elevator is a bit tiny so be careful if you have bigger luggage.

Very friendly staff, clean room and great location

We had breakfast included and unfortunately it was a disappointment. The room for breakfast is extremely tiny and people have to wait in the queue to get seated and therefore there is pressure on other guests to hurry up with their breakfast. Poor employees are stressed and trying their best to have everything cleaned so guests can sit and eat. Food selection is not great but the quality is good. It would be a fine breakfast for 3 stars hotel, not 4.
