The location is superb! In the centre of the old town but not noisy! Close to everything! Beautiful old building but kept well, loved tinted colourful windows, beautiful. Also, there are drinks for all their customers at the lobby, even sparkling water my favorite, so definitely a bonus!
The only issue was the our first night, the show water was a bit funny as it was not hot at all and took incredibly long time to get warmer and it didn’t last and it became cold again. We reported to the receptionist and it was all good afterwards!

The location was excellent, breakfast was fine, the room was spacious and well-lit in the evening. A comfortable bed, and I slept well.
There were little niggly things. The toilet flush did not work properly. There was a bit of wallpaper torn off in one place. One of the bathroom fitments was broken, although it did not stop anything working.

The location is the best feature of the hotel, in the city centre yet very quiet. The beds were very good. The staff at check-in are very helpful. You can ask for a discount for the parking.
They mention on the website that the photos you see may be different from the room you get but be prepared they might be very different! We had a superior room but it was not really worth 4 stars. Breakfast is ok but you have to ask and sometimes insist for refills of bacon, eggs and fruit.
