I would stay here again

Great 3-star hotel! It provides everything advertised, so I wholeheartedly recommend staying here, it’s a safe choice. The staff were lovely, check-in was effortless, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Towels were changed every day. Breakfast was fabulous and exceeded expectations, with a great selection of eggs, meats, cheeses, bread, and pastries. The metro is just 1 minute away, and the bus stop is right at the door. I wouldn't mind staying there again, although the area itself doesn't provide much excitement.

Lack of hair conditioner, kettle in the room and sort of chest of drawers, no big deal though.

Big rooms, close to metro and supermarket, free coffee and water.

Perfect place to stay in the 15 district, with metro station and supermarket less then 1 minute by feet. Every morning we were walking to the Eiffel tower, it took nearly 50 minutеs. Rooms are bigger than we had before in other parisian hotels, there were a big bathroom, window and wardrobe in our double room. Unlimited coffee and water for the hotel guests is very nive and useful option, thank you!

bathroom is a little bit old, it would be nice to renovate it, but it was clean and for this price it is totally ok.

I really liked this property. I’ve stayed in Paris before and spent four times the price and gotten the same size room and accommodations. The vibe here is good. The staff is wonderful.

Would stay again and definitely recommend to a friend!

Room was comfortable, breakfast -great, enough to start the day appropriately (bread, vegetables, cheese, meat, fruit, pastries, yogurt, tasty coffee....). Staff- friendly! There is coffee (different kinds) and water fill up available in the hotel lobby. Location was very convenient, transport close by and everything else you might need, as well.

Not recommended

Friendly staff. Small but clean and inviting lobby. Breakfast options were a bit limited but very nice. Coffee and water stations accessible in lobby 24/7 was much appreciated!! The building is old but quaint. The spiral staircase was unique.

Location was not ideal despite what other reviewers state. Lots of traffic and 1-way streets, so not easy to get around even by taxi or short distances. The metro is confusing and some locations were inaccessible. It looked like the carpet in our room may have previously caught fire as it appeared to be singed. The room was very small and the rest of the carpet was horribly stained; we wouldn’t let our bare feet touch it. After our stay I notified the property about the carpet hoping for some sort of compensation but didn’t receive any other than an apology. The bathroom is also very tight…no room to place toiletries. The elevator is only big enough for 1 person+1 bag. I would not recommend for families with small children or mobility devices. The pictures in the booking app are a bit deceiving.

Location

The room was cold and we kept asking if they could turn the heat on. The employees kept making excuses telling us they were going to check it,until the last day when they told us that it has only central heating and it’s turned to cold and there’s nothing they could do. The result was my 67 yo mother to catch a bad cold. Never had such a bad experience in a hotel before.

Great value for money

The room is modern and clean, nice bathroom and closet area, very suited for a work trip, but also very nice for a holiday stop. It is located near restaurants and supermarket, and it is 1 minute from the metro station and 3 minutes from the tramway station. Breakfast was surprisingly diverse for the night rate. Qualitative hotel, I would recommend the place and go back if I need to be located south of Paris.

No AC, but even in July on hot days, the room didn't get too hot, and there is a big door on a balcony so fresh air can enter at night. You also can hear the metro, but not bad, and that's kind of everywhere in Paris.

Our stay was satisfactory and perhaps given they are in the middle of updating it will be better.

The breakfast was satisfactory. I guess I am a bit fussy about eggs. The boiled were hard and the scrambled were wet. It was close to the metro which allowed easy transfer to many parts of Paris. It was close to a grocery store as well as eating places and we easily found a laundry mat close by.

I think the staff could have been better informed about what was available for the customers. A young girl behind the desk did not know of any grocery stores nearby, which was virtually next door to the hotel. Also the website must state more clearly what services are available. I found out that we had a room, and breakfast and for the rest we had to pay. Apparently that is Paris. Other hotels where my other family stayed had a comfortable sitting area where we could enjoy a glass of wine. It seemed the hotel was dated and there were attempts to have it look good, but the painting of our bathroom door indicates a quick makeover.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good

No internet and they didn't tell me there is wifi in the lobby, i heard one guest saying that while i was checking out No tv in my room No phones between rooms The first day no hot water however they fixed it the next day The last day no elevator and it took them few hours to fix it so we were late checking out because i couldn't take the stairs due to a knee injury, however they sent me breakfast to my room and the guy on the reception was really helpful i congratulate you on havingsuch a wonderful person (I'm sorry i didn't get his name, he is not the one with glasses he is french i think) I really like this hotel and i stay there whenever i come to salon de l'esthetique but this year it was disappointing for me, i hope you will manage to go back to your previous condition. Good luck.
