it is literally next to the train station. very convenient. the room design is also very functional. i liked it a lot!

it's a tad far from the city centre but i get the peace and quiet. wish there were more eateries nearby though.

The clean rooms and parking is a + Bedroom - studio for 3 are very good

The artificial perfume dispenser in the main entrance would need to be switch off as it is nearly impossible to stay in the lobby. Burning throat! Staff at the desk is nice but would need to speak better english or french to avoid misunderstanding when checking in or out.

The room was spacious.The hotel was quiet, with no noise coming from the street.

That the internet was very poor.At night, I could hear the sound of water pipes from the bathroom, which does not have a door separating it from the room.

One night at Novotel...

The beds were quite comfortable, staff were friendly, bathroom was clean

Parking was meant to be onsite and not reserved but we got a space only to be told that it was reserved. During check out, we were told there was breakfast to pay when we did not even have breakfast!

The staff was kind and helpful Breakfast was good There was palce for kids to play and atmosphere was very family!

There was so many stains on the towels , curtains, there was hair in bath tub !!! That was awful There were some trash in bathroom from previous passengers ! Many of plugs didn’t work ! The ac was too weak!

Its spacious and convenient for traveling but stop like 10 secs away train and tram 5 mins away.

The only think is the air con temperature is not great so bring ur own mini fan for the room.

EXCELLENT NOVOTEL

The hotel and experience was the ultimate BEST. Eugene at the front desk was beyond helpful and such a darling. The gentlemen at the breakfast made our morning very special as they were so kind and cared for my daughter when she did not feel well. The staff went over and beyond. The breakfast had a wide variety, I was fed well. The rooms are amazing. Large, spacious and clean. I had the best experience with my children. It is also conveniently located close to all forms of transport, trams, buses and metro. I loved loved loved staying at Novotel. Hats off to the staff. AMAZING!!!!!

Location was good. Staff were very kind and welcoming.

Breakfast was very basic. Had to cook your own eggs. Limited selection of food. Bed was broken. Plug in the bath was broken.

Great location and parking available on site at an extra charge.

The room was clean, tidy and well maintained with large shower, good size separate bath and large double bed as well as two smaller beds for the children. The room was also furnished with a large tv and small food prep area including a fridge. The property is directly next to the train station and three stops away from the Eiffel Tower. The noise didn’t bother us as we could barely hear it but those who sleep with the window open or particularly light sleepers may hear the noise here and there.

Need to work on some basic amenities

People in reception desk were welcoming. Arranged room heater as soon as asked.

AC control was not working well. Visible spots or damages in the wall particularly in washroom and toilet. Need proper patch up. Lights were not sufficient inside the room. Dark area near the door.

Very good and quiet option for a hotel. Just steps away from a bus stop, tram and RER train.

Very good breakfast setup and all of the food served is delicious, coffee machine is awesome and juice is very refreshing. All of the cheese and cold cuts are top quality and the hot options as well. Breads, waffles and crepes are very liked by young ones. Also the room had a very nice coffee machine setup, microwave to reheat any snack and a cooler to store all our beverages we wanted to have after long walk days. Also it has a small market for snacks and drinks that has very good prices.

Has issues with air conditioner on hot days, it wasn't making the room comfortable so we had to open windows to make it better every day.

Very disappointed, unpleasant to go down to get water

Room not properly cleaned. No complimentary water in the room. this is ridiculous that for the price they do not provide it!!! And they claims this is for the environment!!! But no issues to sell water in plastic bottles at the shop downstairs near the reception or you have a water fountain but very inconvenient to bring water into the room.

Comfortable Hotel, at a great location with easy access to the city

Good room size, WiFi good, breakfast options were good, staff very friendly and helpful. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would consider using again in the future. Brilliant location alongside a main railway station with easy access to the rest of the city.

Bar was disappointing as very poor range of drink choices.

The service, it was bad, we ask three times for a hair drier and for the end of the day we received it bat it was damaged. The receptionist its terrible. French people are no welcome people.
