The ladies in the reception (the Qbaili lady, she was super nice )
First of all the room is tooooo small. The toilet !!! you can barely move inside the toilet!!!
There was no water provided not even a one bottle when arrived to the room !! no coffee machine, no hair dryer ! Nooo tissue, all you have is toilet paper!
There is no cabinet or enough space where you can put your luggage!
The sink is too small ! To be honest and Im always honest in my reviews, It doesn’t worth the money ! It’s far from the city and all you get is a tiny room where you can barely move inside!

The room was clean. The hotel is accessible by road veey easily. The staff were very friendly.
The place was next door to a tran station.
The room was very tiny. Barely space to walk around. Some early morning coffee/tea setup would’ve been very helpfull.

I found it very convenient to the T2 tram right outside the door. I like to get away from the noise and bustle of Paris centre to recharge. It’s a safe feeling here. The guy on reception was very nice and welcoming. I found the bed and pillows very comfortable.
I like it all

One of the staffs wasn’t arrogant (a black lady), rest of them very polite and obliging

Hotel was good with paid underground parking, and not very far from the Eifle tower. Other than that there is metro station just outside the main entrance.
I didn't like the structure of toilets in the room, there was no lock for toilet and even shower. And room was very conjusted for 3 peoples. I know its budget hotel but seems at price the size of room should be bit larger and please put locks in toilet and shower.

The service and the cleanliness of the room is great!
the location is a bit fare from the center, It would be great if they could offer a shuttle service to the center.

Breakfast was great. The neighborhood was quiet, grocery, pharmacy, bakery, restaurant, were just seconds away. Clean and colourful neighbourhood. Tram was accessible. Friendly staff.
There was no free coffee or tea. No hairdryer in the room. Nowhere to hang the towel or clothes inside the shower.

The staff at Ibis were very helpful especially Grace and Sara. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary in Paris and they obliged to my request and had the room decorated with lovely balloons and flowers. They also booked us a room with an amazing view from the balcony. The best thing about the location of this hotel is the Tram link that is just meters away, it can be used to access various places in and around Paris.

Great choice in terms of location, room is basic but its a budget type hotel so exactly as expected. Very comfortable bed, tram station 1 min away, same as lovely bakery and coffee shop on the same square. Local market perfectly equipped is in 3 mins walk from hotel, lovely quiet area.
No locks on toilet and shower doors. Would be great to have a small kettle and more shelves or wall hangers.

Very close to transport with the T2 Tram being directly behind the hotel.
Staff friendly and welcoming.
Main reception clean, bright, and well thought out.
Best for single Travers or couples.
There is no aircon in the room at all. Was too hot to sleep without a window open, which let in all the mosquitos. (There was even a warning by the window about the mosquitos), So the 3 of us are now covered in bites from our 4 night stay. I've got 7 bites on one foot, 8 on the other and never mind the rest of me. There needs to be some sort of window netting, especially in the summer/warm months. Having no flow of air without being bitten within an inch of our lives probably means we won't stay here again.
There was also blood splatter on various parts of the wall and ceiling were it was obvious previous customers had been swotting the mosquitos in an attempt to not be bitten.
Breakfast was basic as expected for a budget hotel, but could do with at least an option for yoghurts and fresh whole fruits. Breakfast was mainly bread and meat/cheese.
We also didn't have any privacy within our room with regards to showers/ toilets. The room was a very decent size for a budget hotel, and the sleeping area met our needs well. However, the shower cubical is directly in the room with the shower door directly opposite a mirror, which we had to cover with a towell when showering. There was no wall/door separating the bathroom area from the sleeping area (which there was room to do so). This would have been fine if travelling alone or even perhaps as a couple. But travelling as a family with a teenage daughter who needs privacy, it was less than ideal. Once showered, you then had to ask for everyone else in the room to turn around, whilst you made your way into the toilet cubical to get dried and dressed.
Would have been a more convenient and comfortable situation if there was some sort of divide between the bathroom area and the sleeping area (a wall, curtains, something).

The absolute number one thing at this hotel was the staff, no matter the question or request we were met with such kindness and helpfulness! The breakfast was plenty big enough for our groups needs and we really enjoyed our stay.
The only negative thing during our stay was a bug that was found in one of our rooms, but even that the staff took seriously and were quick to help!

Location was excellent. Just a 30 second walk from the tram line. Surrounded by restaurants, a supermarket and pharmacy, everything was on our doorstep. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and well insulated from outside sounds. We weren't able to hear the rooms next door or noises outside.
We stayed in July in 27 degree Celsius heat upward so without Air conditioning, rooms were very hot. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Quiet yet very close to the tram line, so convenient for many parts of Paris.
Breakfast finished too early. I should have checked this of course, but didn't expect it to stop serving before 9.30am, so lost the money we paid for our breakfast.
